My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
“There are people who are generic. They make generic responses and they expect generic answers. They live inside a box and they think people who don't fit into their box are weird. But I'll tell you what, generic people are the weird people. They are like genetically-manipulated plants growing inside a laboratory, like indistinguishable faces, like droids. Like ignorance.”

My ideal relationship would be with someone who is motivated to progress in their life personally and professionally, but is not willing to do so in a cut-throat manner, someone who can accept me for who I am yet still push me to be better.

Dogmatism to me seems like an inability to admit that one could possibly be wrong. That's a fancy way of saying I'm open minded. =P Don't be offset by my humor; I try to find it in everything, potentially offensive or not. And no, those jokes, not too soon. ;)
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I've just moved to the Salt Lake area from Phoenix for an IT job with the company I work for. I was working in the service department of the construction equipment division as an assistant service manager. It kept me quite busy and was a very high-stress job, which are a couple of the reasons I'm excited to start having a bit of a personal life again!
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Making people laugh, organizing, getting away with saying something edgy, making up euphemisms on the fly, Google-fu, planned spontaneity, and tooting my own horn.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I smile, a lot, almost constantly. Even if someone is chewing me out.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books: Ender's Game, anything on psychology and human behavior, personal improvement, or moral and ethical lessons.

Movies: Thrillers, comedies, zombie movies, and I really enjoy post-apocalyptic movies in general (that would make for a good conversation ;) ). To name a few, some of my favorites have been (in no particular order): Inception, The Book of Eli, The Usual Suspects, Red, MacGruber, Saw, Shutter Island, Boondock Saints, Law Abiding Citizen, I Am Legend, The Ringer, The Bourne series.

Shows: Dexter is my all time favorite show, followed closely by Breaking Bad (surprise?). The Walking Dead, Archer, Grimm, and The Big Bang Theory are other favorites. I rarely watch TV unless there's something specific I want to watch.

Music: Nearly all genres of music, mostly alternative rock and some electronica, but I'd rather listen to a good talk radio station over music, which is hard to find.

Food: I love Italian food and pasta, I can never get enough pasta. I'm not a picky eater at all, I'll try anything at least once! Also, I'm on a big sushi kick right now. Sushi? Sushi.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. Technology
2. Logic
3. My mind
4. Coffee
5. Learning/progressing
6. My family
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Everything from the existential questions of life to how exactly I'm going to prank someone at work. Economizing, efficimizing, err, wait... yea sure I'll roll with it, efficimizing. See what I did there? Just made up a word.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Getting to bed early so I can start the weekend early; geezerly, yes, I know.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
That I'm skeptical.

Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
- You can around town or any cool spots, everything I know is back in Phoenix and Tempe!

- You want to:
> Try a new restaurant or go to an old favorite and need an accomplice.
> Join me or help me on my mission to find the best sushi in SLC.
> Grab coffee and hang out.
> Go hiking, shooting, jogging, or cow tipping.

I pay no heed to match/friend/enemy percentages, I don't think anyone should.
