My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I was raised in South Florida, graduated from the University of Florida and then moved to Charlotte without knowing a soul. I like my life to be laid back and filled with fun-loving friends, challenging work, and lots of laughter. I love to travel and have been lucky to experience some amazing places (Croatia is my current favorite) so far in my life. I have an open mind when it comes to anything, music, politics, food, sports (except when it challenges my Gators) and am always interested in understanding another perspective.

I am attracted to intelligence, confidence, honesty and humor. I enjoy trying new things and enjoy spending time with people who are up for anything. I am the type to wake up Saturday morning and say "let's go to the beach" and I want someone who doesn't think twice before jumping in the car. I am sarcastic and love it when someone can put me in my place or match me joke for joke.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Marketing nerd who dabbles in event planning and catering.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Cooking an awesome meal or planning an event.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My sarcasm.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Music on my ipod ranges from Michael Bolton to Pat Green to Mumford and Sons to DMX. I love live music, whether it is a show at Filmore or just a local band at a bar.

I think TV shows like Mad Men, Suits, Friday Night Lights, Arrested Development and Parks and Rec are pretty awesome. I think some nights are meant for hanging out and watching a marathon of a show, like Breaking Bad or Homeland.

I read a lot, but couldn't pick a favorite book. You would find girly books by Nicholas Sparks, the latest in business and management, cookbooks and psychology based books on my shelves.

Food is a major part of my life. I have a cooking blog and catering company, so I am always thinking about my next meal. I love the local food and drink scene in CLT and love to check out what is new in the area, especially all the new breweries.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. Friends & Family
2. My pup
3. The interwebs and some way to access them
4. Cheese - Honestly, if you don't like cheese, we won't get along.
5. My Florida Gators
6. Music
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
My personal definition of success and happiness. The complexities of human relationships.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
You can usually find me Uptown, SouthEnd or in Plaza Midwood, enjoying either great food or good booze.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I consider myself to be very secure in my self confidence, but compliments embarrass the heck out of me. Literally, red cheeks and totally bashful.

Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
- You like doing awesome things. Don't get me wrong, I love a relaxing Sunday, but I want a life of spontaneity and excitement.
- You see life as a glass half full. There is enough negative in life already, I don't see any reason to not find a positive in everything.
- You are handy. What can I say? I am a girl and hanging mirrors and fixing a wobbly fan totally intimidates me.
