My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
So here it goes...I'm originally from California but have been in NYC for the last 8 years!

I grew up outside of San Francisco and went to college in sunny San Diego, however, my love for this city is one of my true joys and moving here was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I find new reasons to fall in love with NYC everyday.

I consider myself kind, loving, fun, hardworking and outgoing (though I for sure have my introverted moments as well).

I'm hoping to meet someone who challenges me but shares the same values and goals in life, who agrees that being happy, seeing the world, working hard, laughing, dancing, eating a great meal and making time to be with those you love are some of the most important things in life and make it worth living.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm a recruiter and love finding people jobs!
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Remembering super random facts...
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My smile...though as of late my ethnicity. People are always curious about the cheek bones ; )
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

My reading list varies tremendously! I enjoy the classics and consider a Tale of Two Cities and Pride and Prejudice some of my favorites. However, I must admit being guilty of loving the Hunger Games and Girl with the Dragon Tattoo trilogies as well as historical fiction and non-fiction. I'm a history nerd.

In terms of movies Iove the classic 80's/90's and definitely admit that the entire Indiana Jones Series gets me everytime. It's cliche but I have never changed the channel when I've happened to come across Shawshank. It doesn't get better than that! Films really are something I really enjoy. The stories, characters and depth of the acting. Done. Also feel like some of the best tv is happening as I write this...Walking Dead, The Good Wife, Downton Abby, Mad Men, New Girl, The Blacklist, Luther, Top of the Lake, and of course some of the classics like The Wire, and Dexter (though I'm still torn about the ending). Endless entertainment.

Ahh music...there is something about a song bringing back a time in your life and making you smile. Whether it reminds you of love, dancing the night away or singing at the top of your lungs in the car! My taste is incredibly varied. I grew up listening to Tupac, Biggie, Bobbie Brown and Cyndy Lauper then fell for Garth Brooks, Tyrone Wells, Adele, Coldplay, Ron Pope,Jack Johnson, Bruno Mars, The Fray, Mumford & Sons, Jay Z, John Mayer, Rihanna, Kings of Leon and The playlists are incredibly random but fit every mood.

My favorite foods are Sushi and Mexican food. I can't tell you how much I miss a Breakfast Burrito from back's one of the things that I can't find a substitute for here.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1-My friends and family (to me they are one in the same)
5-A nice cold beer/glass of white wine

Close contenders: a good movie/book, waking up to blue skies (whether its 20 or 90 degrees outside seeing the sun and sky makes me smile), and the sound of my nieces laugh-it's one of the best things I've ever heard.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Happiness and what it means to's all that really matters at the end of the day.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Well it depends on how the week went. There are times when all I want to do is head home and relax and then other Friday nights where I look forward to heading to drinks or dinner with friends see where the night leads me...
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm not looking for someone to complete me...a wise woman once told me that being in a relationship should be like the cherry on top of a sundae. It only makes life that much better and I couldn't agree with her more! Being comfortable and happy with yourself is one of the most important things in life and finding someone who loves you for who you are comes after you get to that place.
