What I’m doing with my life
After living overseas for several years in Asia, I moved back to the US a year or so ago, and settled here in Seattle. I'm originally from the Midwest, so it's been fun getting into living on the west coast. I love Seattle and everything it has to offer, from hiking in the mountains to great dining and everything in between.
I’m really good at
One thing I'm NOT good at but am trying to get better at is the ukulele... just picked one up and am making it my 2013 project to learn to play it. A lot of fun, but still have a lot of work to do.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I am a bit of a bookworm and am usually reading at least two books at any given time. Mostly read literary fiction and although I'm a bit of a snob I try to mix in different genres. For movies, I mostly like indie movies, but also enjoy well-made blockbusters.
The six things I could never do without

I spend a lot of time thinking about
the world around me, what makes people tick, philosophy, sports, politics, other cultures, where to travel to next, when I will be able to get in my next workout, where to have dinner on Friday night, etc.
