I'm a culture junkie (geek). I love learning as much as i can about
art, music, movies, books and history. I also love fine dining,
wine and other assorted pretentiousness. I'd like to think of
myself as a renaissance man. I am constantly seeking to learn and
experience as much as possible. However, the truth is I spend most
of my time reading, studying or watching crappy movies on Netflix
and I am very okay with that.
I tend to read a lot and I love watching movies. I also enjoy
cooking, and I like to experiment with new recipes as often as I
What I’m doing with my life
Currently, I work for a tech support company. But I am also working
on a degree in history. I plan on eventually becoming a teacher
The first things people usually notice about me
I'll be honest... I've very introverted. That's doesn't mean I'm
shy - I just prefer to keep most people at a distance, at first.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I'm into a little bit of everything. Books, music, art, food. You
name it. I wouldn't call my self a snob though - I have a
particular fondness for comic books and bad movies.
I am a huge movie addict. I couldn't limit my favorite movies if my
life depended on it.
I don't watch a lot of T.V., but when I do it is mostly goofy
stuff. 30 Rock, Scrubs, Psych, Sunny in Philly. I absolutely
despise reality TV., with the exception of stuff like Mythbusters
and Dirty Jobs.
I don't read as much as I'd like to. I am a big fan of dark humor -
Chuck Palahniuk, Kurt Vonnegut and Warren Ellis are all current
The six things I could never do without
Life changes too much to get attached to things. I can be content
wherever I am... as long as the company is good. In the end,
friends and family are the only things that matter.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
How to become a super-villain and established an evil empire with
the intent of conquering the world.
On a typical Friday night I am
I try to get out as much as possible, and I'm always up for
something new. I usually try to avoid overly large crowds, if
possible. Truth be told, I usually try to stay out of the
mainstream - I prefer places like book stores, art galleries,
coffee houses, dive bars or just watching movies at home.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I think Cinnamon Toast Crunch is the best cereal ever, and I will
fight anybody who disagrees. Also, I firmly believe that anything
worth knowing in life can be learned from Muppets.
