My system of threes; 3Cs 3Ps 3Ss 3Ds. Confidence, Compassion, Character , Perseverance, Passion, Prevail, Simple, Small, Sweet, Discipline, Determination, Dedication. I live every day by those virtues.

Improving and evolving myself. Right now I work 40hrs+ at a company I have been with for eight years. I focus passionately on studying and pursing an eventual career/volunteering [lethal] self defense for women (I been training in Krav Maga nearing three years. I also train in Jiu jitsu ). I believe that is what I am doing with my life. Educating and protecting the mind, body.
I also read a lot and I mean a lot.

Ha, this is a subjective questions but what I think I am good at is being Jason Thomas Buttens. I am the person I want/choose to be. It is pretty great.

It really depends on where they meet me and what I am doing. I have been told a pretty wide collective of thoughts. From physical futures like my height and hair [tall dark and handsome], to my personality [nerd]. I guess to sum up both words, I am intriguing and heavily diverse. So I am told.

YES! My favorites.
Music: Deftones, HUM, Lantlos, early Minus The Bear, Hatebreed (judge me but I love their positive lyrics), Bedrich Smetana... This is a working list but these bands came to mind first.

Books: "The Myth of Sisyphus" by Albert Camus, "What Do YOU Care What People Think About You" by Richard P. Feynman, Plato's "The Republic," "The Gift of Fear" by Gavin DeBecker," Steve Martin [really anything he has written though I do not care for his movies] ...

Food: I love food that is not animals! Thai, Greek, Czech...if it is vegan I am into it.

Shows: Granted I do not get much time to watch tv but I do try and make the effort for; Community, How I Met Your Mother, The Big Bang Theory...

The literal list goes; Food, Water, Shelter, medical treatment/supplies, clothes, and others to gain knowledge from.

The non literal list goes: Music/books, my headphones, my guitar/guitar rig, transportation, friends, and others to gain knowledge from.

Bleh, Friday nights are typically recovery mode from the week. Which is to day you find me at home. I train aggressive in Krav Maga after work between two to three hours four days a week. I am up at six am for work then school [Krav Maga] and home about nine pm. I keep very busy.... which is why I am on okcupid :p

...I am a sucker for romcoms.
