I'm also in training to teach a practice called Orgasmic Meditation (OM for short.) It's a partnered meditation for men and women that builds connection by getting us out of our thoughts and in to Limbic resonance with the people around us. (The Limbic system (or Paleomammalian brain) is the part of the brain that gives humans the power of empathy and non-verbal, emotional communication.) OM gives women the opportunity to ask for and receive more of what they want (in sex and in life), and men the tools to understand women.

When I'm not my Orgasmic alter-ego, I'm writing songs, playing music, getting jobs and then quitting, playing basketball, going dancing, and exploring the outer reaches of inner space.

I thrive in high intensity situations, but I can also be quite affable. I'm also really funny, too. I swear.
