My self-summary
I have been living in Seattle for over a year now and I love it! Ballard is the best! There are many things to do and see here and I am always trying to explore the deeper parts of myself as well while exploring more of this weird and awesome city. I try to do something different every weekend to make my life a rollercoaster of fresh experiences, but such is not always the case.

I thoroughly enjoy getting outside and walking along a beach (cheesy sounding I know) or going for a hike (scenery > strain). Sometimes being away from urban society and in nature gives you a unique perspective.

On the other hand, playing vids, watching movies, or other hobby stuff is fun, especially when the whether does not beckon me out.

I've been to various parts of the world, France, Spain, Germany, Mexico, Canada (doesn't count? ok fine), Kuwait and Iraq. I have a bucket list of other places I'd love to travel to *someday*.

I have a lot of geeky hobbies/interests like boardgames,
videogames, and PnP games. A few examples in no particular order: Descent 2nd ed, Game of Thrones RPG, Warhammer 40k, Zombicide, Pathfinder, DnD 4th ed, Shadowrun, Elder Scrolls Online, and many more. Crafting and painting projects go hand in hand with the above hobbies. Feel free to ask for further elaboration.

I do not follow sports at all, however... for some weird reason I really enjoy going to the game (any).

I am a VERY pet friendly person. I have two cats and love dogs... a lot! I can't really stress this enough.

Sometimes I am goofy, sometimes I am deep, most of the time I am easy-going. I tend to only take life seriously when the situation demands it.
What I’m doing with my life
I have a job, I pay my bills, and live by myself. I am content, but there is always more on the horizon...

I am also slowly and steadily working on my own indie game that is best described as an RPG inspired mainly off themes from both Game of Thrones and the movie Inception. That being said I am putting a strong emphasis on a deep story, so currently I feel more like a writer trying to finish a novel. However, I do not allow it to dominate my free time, I am my own boss!

Someday I wish to finish college (time/life permitting) and get my degree in Game Art & Design.
I’m really good at
* pushups
* killing zombies
* running
* mediating (not meditating)
* kissing
* doing silly voices with pets
* cleaning
* doing "wiseguy" impressions and Scottish accents
* taking the time to read your profile
The first things people usually notice about me
I am told often that I do not look my age, I count this as a blessing. This is why you roll a half-elf ;)

When in large groups of people I don't know I'm generally pretty quiet until approached.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
MOVIES: Braveheart is and always will be my #1, other than that there is way too many out there to list.

SHOWS: Game of Thrones and Firefly marathon? Bring it on!

FOOD: I eat whatever I want. I eat a lot and I eat adventurously though spicy food is sadly my kryptonite.

MUSIC: This, that, and the other thing. Good music is good music. Purity Ring, Lacuna Coil, 30 Seconds to Mars, Chevelle, Perfect Circle, Clubroot, Breakin Benjamin, Nero, Psykosonik, She Wants Revenge, Adelle, Five Finger Death Punch, etc. At times I will find myself listening to a lot of "old world" music, like Hagalaz' Runedance, Loreena McKennit, or Faun - Egil Saga
I dislike most screechy dubstep, but I have been really getting into vocal chillstep lately, stuff like...
Morgan Page & Lissie - The Longest Road
Clubroot - Inviolable

I'm also a HUGE soundtrack nerd.
Freedom Fighters - Invincible - Two Steps From Hell
The six things I could never do without
I spend a lot of time thinking about
* what lies BEYOND the boundaries of the known universe.
* dreams, what they mean, and how science has barely been able to scratch the surface of them beyond theory.
* why the bystander effect is so contagious.
* just how silly I might act diving into a pile of puppies.
* getting back into DJ'ing
* the past, the present, and the future.
* random ideas and how to incorporate them into something tangible. An idea not shared is worth nothing.
* becoming a history teacher (focus on ancient and/or middle ages)
On a typical Friday night I am
* doing whatever I want.
* drinking booze. Guilty as charged!
* victim of kitty comatose... ZzzZZZzzzZZzzzz
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
NOT the most private, but...

* I've reluctantly seen the first two Twilight movies and well... I just don't get it.

* I want to learn how to "glide"...
( )

* I was raised country and can ride horses pretty well, but it's not really my cup of tea.
