Currently, I facilitate with the operations of successful restaurants located throughout the southern Maine area. I have a love of food and for the industry.
I compete in KCBS competitions, at least two a year and I am a certified KCBS judge.
I just started studying taekwondo.
I think about being creative and how to make it functional.
On my down time I like to chill with my dog Miles. We lounge near the ocean or trek through the woods.
