I have many dark secrets. I was a math club nerd at the age of 8. I built and sold computers out of my parents basement in highschool. My social skills were so poor that I would bring a videogame magazine to school so I could have something to talk about. (thanks for understanding)
My parents raised me Unitarian, which is basically the choose your own adventure novel of religions. I feel like it gave me a flexible way of thinking. One is a minister, the other is a professor. Both are on their second careers.
I have a few sayings that I may or may not have come up with:
1) Always bet on yourself.
2) Don't freak out, there are only three possible outcomes for relationships: breakup, marriage, or death.
3) Dating is like a box of chocolates, one of them may be filled with alcohol.
