My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm a 30 year old app developer / commercial real estate analyst in Oakland, California.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I graduated from UC Berkeley in 2006, and I've been working in marketing/tech/writing since then. I work more than full time doing app development and doing research at a commercial real estate firm (no sales, just research and marketing!).
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

lately; The Information, by James Glick (awesome!), F. Scott's Fitzgerald's flappers and philosophers, Traffic, "Picnic, Lightning", which is way amazing.

hmm.... McSweeney's, anything comic related is neat, (Alan Moore and Mike Mignola probably being my all time favs if I had to pick)...
I love the Simpsons, Futurama, Archer, and pretty much anything animated; Dexter, Arrested Development, 30 rock, Daily Show, Colbert Report.
Favorite movies... Agora, Clockwork Orange, Forrest Gump (i still love him, he's still awesome!); John Carpenter's 'the thing.'
...music lately Thievery Corporation and Saint Germain have been hot, but anything new jazz or down tempo, ministry of sound; I'll always love the Beatles...
Favorite foods.... Zachary's pizza, the small Afghani cuisine at the emeryville public market (that place rules!) and oh yes, the Burrito truck. You know, that one.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
to do list
my iphone!
brother and sister,
ethics.
sunglasses!
Drawing pad, notebook.
Lucky pair of keys (which are also my housekeys!)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
funny snafus, perplexing philosophies, political shenanigans or whatever I happen to be reading lately. Also, writing, work, etc.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
out and about, in SF or the East bay..
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I often feel awkward on okcupid... also, "Dog bites Shark" is one of the more uplifting internet clips I've seen recently. It's about a dog who bites a shark, featuring a real dog who really does bite a real shark. It's kindof inspiring.
