My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
If a geek is someone who feels really intense passion about a handful of things, then I suppose I'm a geek. Cooking, cartoons, video games, literature, sci-fi. I've got a real passion for all of it.

I've only been in Toronto a couple years and I'm already in love with this city. I have a serious passion about food that I can sort of express through my job. I love to cook and bake, and working alongside some great chefs lets me get all these new and wonderful ideas. I need people to test these ideas on and with!

Oh and you've probably noticed I have a bad habit to use ten words where two would do. Haha. I ramble.

Most recent recipe success: Sri Lankan Mutton Curry Egg Rolls
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Right now I'm working in the food industry in the management side of things as a food service director. If you don't know what that is, think like a Restaurant Manager but with double the actual work. Oh I am also starting to work out again as free food is both a boon and a bane in my industry.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
-Video Games
-Pop culture

I've got really blue eyes. I once noticed a date wasn't making eye contact with me, so I asked what was wrong. She said my eyes were too blue and were making her uneasy.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books: Harry Potter (entire series), Lord of the Rings, Paradise Lost, King Solomon's Mine, Shakespeare's comedies, To kill a mocking bird, Frankenstein, the Dresden Files, and many more. I didn't study English Lit for nothing.

Movies: Kung Fu Hustle, Hellboy, The Avengers, Men In Black 1&3, Kill Bill Vol 1, Tremors, The Big Lebowski, Dogma, Serenity, The Incredibles, The Fifth Element, Ghostbusters!

Shows: Kitchen Nightmares, Doctor Who, Sherlock, The Amazing Race, Any cooking show, Supernatural, Adventure Time, Gravity Falls, Young Justice (why did you have to go and get cancelled) . Steven universe, Star vs the forces of evil. Cartoons ate awesome. I don't watch a lot of TV.

Music: I don't know. Music has never been a huge part of my life. I listen to a little of everything, honestly. Got any suggestions for good songs?

Food: Anything. No, seriously. I'll eat anything twice. Once to actually say I've tried it. The second time to say I liked it.

Video Games: Pokemon, Heroes of the Storm, Fallout, Undertale, Fallout, and Fallout. I'm really excited for Overwatch. Oh did I mention I like Fallout? I hope I mentioned that.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
- A few moments of silence a day
- Good Literature
- My Nintendo DS
- Skeleton Puns
-Tea (God help us all if I don't get at least one cup of tea a day)
- A warm, home made meal
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Food mostly. Food is a huge passion of mine ( also currently kind of my job). I've got food on the brain. I love to tinker with food and try to find great new tastes as well as places to eat.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Bars and pubs are nice every once and awhile but nothing beats a good evening at home with a warm drink, a good book/movie/tv show/ video game, and people to share the evening with.

But if we're talking a night out I'd say Night at the ROM would be my ideal sort of event. Music, food, drinks, and museums. What could possibly go wrong?
The most private thing I’m willing to admit

I know far more about the competitive side of Pokemon than should be allowed. I am a giant dork.

Oh and it is impossible to take a good picture of me. I always look like a dork.

I'm looking for someone to share some delicious meals with, warm coffee [or tea], good beers, and some fantastic geeky goodness. If you know what generation steel types were introduced, which actor played which doctor, or what fallout is I think we'd get along smashingly, possibly over some Smash Bros.

But even if you don't know, don't be intimidated. I'm more than happy to strike up a conversation.

That being said If you can guess my favourite pokemon type you'll instantly gain huge points with me.
