My self-summary
I feel incredibly fortunate to be alive, to be able to experience emotion, both positive and negative. I've been described as soft spoken, lithe, precocious, and adaptive.

I love folk-rock, dark chocolate, long runs, facial hair, trees, sustainable architecture, and climbing. I live for adventure, great films, and my academic pursuits.

I'm sort of bored these days, and yes that summary was rather ambiguous.
What I’m doing with my life
I'm a student, of course! I take my schoolwork very seriously and am exploring new directions. I also work part-time and am slowly expanding my circle of friends.
I’m really good at
knitting (as in lace and 4+ needles), web design, writing, running distances, backpacking, and whitewater rafting. I don't consider this a skill, but I'm also quite flexible, hypermobile, some would say.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Movies- Hanna, The Debt, Kill Bill (volumes 1 and 2), The Perks of Being a Wallflower (although the book is far superior), Atonement, No Country for Old Men, Spirited Away, Howl's Moving Castle, The Last of the Mohicans, Gran Torino, Centurion, Whip It, Juno, Prometheus, The Brave One, The Village, The Master, Oblivion, August: Osage County, Ridley Scott's Alien, other works by Tarantino and Wes Andersen.

Music- *inprogress*

Books- Memoirs of a Geisha, The Perks of Being a Wallflower, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, The Man Who Mistook His Wife for a Hat, The Radiance of My People, Tsar, The Witch's Daughter, Atonement, Never Let Me Go, a litany of random textbooks, and various coffee table books about the works of various artists.
