My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Details, details everyone says.

I am a Buffalo, NY born activist, organizer, writer and traveler. I recently moved to Seattle to work and these days I am trying to do what I love: grassroots political organizing.

Besides that, I love documentaries (especially about radical politics, movements, campaigns, or struggles) being by water and being in cities and around culture (the more convergences and people, the better). I don't mind nature but I'm not a naturalist, reading, dancing, drinking coffee (I'm okay with Tea as well), whiskey and IPA's. I am a talker, I love conversations and I will have one with you, most likely about something related to politics, culture, society, ethics, capitalism (and why it sucks), and/or identity.

As for my personality, I'm passionate, ambitious, extroverted, and I try to be thoughtful. That's actually something I deeply want in a partner, someone to really exchange ideas and explore with.

Dancing, enjoying a seedy bar, a dive, or a hip-hop club are absolute musts for me. What can I say, "if there's no dancing, then it's not a revolution".

Overall I am an open book, just ask me a question.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I have been an political organizer for a long time but now I'm just trying to do my due diligence and fully develop. Should our current economic and political systems be transformed? Absolutely. This is the field I've worked in for over a decade, across three states and two countries (I didn't do anything paid in the UK).

Overall, after current events I'm just re-organizing my assets, strengths and taking one long look at how to move forward.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Writing (getting my groove back these days), talking, commuting, and I'm getting better at listening. I like karaoke, as to whether I'm any good at it- contact me on a Friday or Saturday night and judge me yourself.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm confident, friendly and easy to talk to. I never shy away from a conversation and I'm chock-filled with stories. Some describe me as "intense", whatever the hell that means.

I'm pretty upfront about what I think, though tact is still involved.

Also, apparently I have unusually curly eyelashes. I dunno, you decide.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Oh so so so many great books. I'm mostly interested in books on politics, political theory, critical theory, social movements, Marxism, sociology, black history, narratives, and philosophy. As for the non-heavy books, I love a good bit of zombie fiction, science fiction and the like.

Shows: The Boondocks, Mad Men, The Walking Dead, Star Trek (TNG, DS9, Ent & the new movies in that order) Falling Skies, Bobs Burgers, and Parks and Recreation.

Movies: I'm open to films....get back to me about that later.

Music: Jazz, Jimi Hendrix, Hip-Hop, Neo-Soul, and Reggae

Coffee: http://www.oocities.org/zoidberg_fan/episodes/images/fry_coffee.gif
Food: Expansive but anything with Seafood, Noodles, Barbeque or anything from the Mediterranean is a good bet.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Meh....things can change in an instant, so being attached to things is pretty silly and inflexible.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
^^Read the above summary, favorite things, and work and guess what I'm going to say. lol. Gotta take it one day at a time.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
I don't know. I'm flexible, open and it depends on my budgetary flexibility on that night. As well as if I'm meeting a wonderful woman or a friend.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
We'll talk about that, if I feel that I should tell you. What kind of question is this anyway? Isn't the point of this website to get us to meet so we can get comfortable with telling each other our private thoughts, feelings, and issues?
You should message me if
Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
1. You like what you read. And you have questions, comments, etc...

2. You want a relationship, a friend, or just want to chat.

3. If you are okay with a balanced relationship in which we both live our lives and can trust one another to do so.

**If you acknowledge that the "Seattle Freeze" is real, and bad.

Or if you have a reason that we should meet up that isn't on this list.
