I am spiritual, affectionate, and intelligent..

My Self-Summary

I was born in Europe, and have been living in Atlanta since 1991. I am pretty happy with my life, have some great friends, and one thing I am looking for is "a home for my heart", a woman with whom I could connect deeply and share closeness and love. I know how to listen and when I ask "How are you?" it means that I would really like to know. Openness and honesty are important to me. I am spontaneous, affectionate, open minded, free spirit, like to explore, learn and ponder things in life. Practical aspects of my life are pretty well handled and I have time and energy to spend on things that inspire me. I like deep conversations, but I am also often just being playful and funny. If we happen to have common interests and there happens to be a spark of chemistry, we could one day say to each other: "I am so happy that we met".

What I’m doing with my life

Making it truly worth living, that is living "from my heart". Enjoying life in a meaningful way, learning, exploring, and connecting with myself and people in my life. I like to say "I trust life will unfold the way it is meant to". Life is meant to be lived now, not in some hypothetical future.

I’m really good at

Affection, cuddling, connecting emotionally. A lady friend of mine keeps telling me "You should teach this, there are so many emotionally constipated guys out there":)

I am also good at understanding people. Some of my many interests include psychology, spirituality, meditation, science, etc. And I am pretty handy and can fix pretty much anything.

The first things people usually notice about me

Not sure, better ask those people...

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

Dark chocolate, Thai food, black cherries. Movies Peaceful Warrior, Don Juan de Marco, Dead Poet Society, Sleepless in Seattle. Music - too many to list, the last one I discovered was Krishna Das.

The six things I could never do without

Air, food, water and sleep... but that's not what this question is about. Anything else I could do without, though life would not be nearly as good without my friends, cuddling and little kisses, walks and looking at the blue sunny sky through the tree leaves, mindfulness and meditation, good conversations, Far Side cartoons, Wikipedia, learning new things, meeting new people, and much more...

I spend a lot of time thinking about

Pondering life, myself and people. I was always curious about how stuff works.

On a typical Friday night I am

At home or at some lecture or a workshop or doing something with my friends.

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

I am very open ("secrets are poison to the soul"), but prefer to talk about private things in person.

You should message me if

You like something I wrote, or are curious, or you just feel like saying "Hi".
