Let's see, I moved to the Houston area with my ex in 2010 and spent all my time doing everything with and for him. Well, I'm single again, so now its my time!!
I suppose you can say I am living my life the way I want to now, and exploring new possibilities.
At this point, I'm happy and secure again in myself and would love to share that with someone.

So what am I looking for?? Hmm.....
Is there really such a thing as perfect? Let's be honest here... we can all talk about the 'tall, handsome, successful man who sweeps you off your feet and brings you flowers all the time guy, but lets get real here!!! LoL

Stability.. that's a good quality to have. Along with a great sense of humor, intelligence, sense of adventure, outgoing and honesty. Wait.. let's put honesty at the top there. Be honest...

What turns my head though?
Height... I like 'em tall.
Smile... pretty, clean smiles are keen.
Style... not GQ crap, but casual comfort.

Recently single and looking to move forward in my life. Spent the last 6.5 years making sure someone else progressed and left my self last, so I am taking the time to figure out what I want now.

Cooking, laughing, listening, singing, and being a good person.

My smile is infectious!! I always have a happy disposition on life no matter what.

Music is important to me. I grew up in a musicians household and have been exposed to a lot!! I listen to most anything depending on my mood or the situation. I love putting on a classic musical or disney movie and sing along, but then I'll listen to independent alt. adult stuff after. You'll sometimes find me singing the Indian Jones theme as I'm cooking, or listening to Mexican music as I clean the house. It's all game to me!!
Except rap and hip hop.... just can't get into it. LoL :)

Movies: Old musicals, classic movies, Disney, Pixar, bad B/C rated horror, Zombies!!!!!

Books: Ok.. I will admit to my love of the Twilight series. NOT THE MOVIES THOUGH!!!!!
Other than that though, my favs include:
The Host (the Twilight author, but completely different and better)
LOTR trilogy and The Hobbit (Love Tolkein)
Water for Elephants (book is better than movie)
Pride and Prejudice and Zombies (did I mention I love Zombies?)
Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter (a historical novel of the ex prez, but with vampire slayage)
most Jodi Piccoult novels
and whatever else catches my eye.

Oh... currently reading The Hunger Games.

My family!!!! They may drive me nuts, but they are most important too me. And my dog and cat who I consider family.
Self respect is another.

Work.... Something about what I have to get done the next day always wanders into my head. Lol

Let's see..... Have a life again now, so I'm usually running off to Kingwood to hang out with friends and my sister. We love going downtown as well, hitting up Flying Saucer and State Bar on or stomp towards Frank's. I also like to wander over to Big Texas on occasion for country music and karaoke, and even the occasional live band. LOVE Texas country!! But sometimes I'll go to the movies on my own and have dinner, or just stay in and BS with my roommates. It really all depends.
