"Self-summary" is really broad, so... I'll try to narrow it down a little. I'm 25, I have a BSEd from Georgia Southern in Education, but I kindof screwed up there, because I don't want to teach. I work as a receptionist at a pediatrician's office in Statesboro, and am planning to take online classes to pursue a degree, and subsequently, a career in accounting.

I would really love to meet someone interested in a more platonic and less romantic relationship. Someone that I could get to know, in more of a "hanging out" setting instead of a "first date" setting. I like to cuddle and kiss, so if friendship leads to that, then awesome. I'm just not really into the sappy romantic stuff. At all.

I work, as previously stated, and am about to go back to school... and yeah. That's about all I'm doing right now. Wanna change that? Help me out with a social schedule?

Baking! I will make you goodies all the time. :D I also believe I'm good at teaching, working with children, playing the piano (so-so, it's just a hobby), cooking, and candymaking. I am NOT good at knitting or crocheting. I tried. I also suck at playing guitar, but I'm halfway decent at Rock Band.

Probably hair, eyes, and hopefully they notice my personality pretty quickly. Typical things.

Any classic literature, lots of fantasy novels and sci-fi novels. I love Shakespeare and Poe, the Harry Potter series, Dune by Frank Herbert, anything by Neil Gaiman, the Sword of Truth series by Terry Goodkind, and some Christian fiction - especially if it's historical or sci-fi-ish.
I like Tim Burton movies, movies with things that explode, and the occasional chick flick. I also love, love, love musicals. Nightmare Before Christmas, Corpse Bride, Edward Scissorhands, Donnie Darko, The Fifth Element, the Riddick movies, 9, RENT, Oklahoma!, Fiddler on the Roof, Under the Tuscan Sun, Finding Neverland, Les Miserables, Serenity, Top Gun, PS I Love You, He's Just Not That Into You, The Sound of Music, Audrey Hepburn movies, Thank You for Smoking, Harry Potter series, X-Men movies (don't judge me, okay), Tron, Thor, Captain America, Iron Man, Brick, (500) Days of Summer. (Those are definitely not in any particular order.)
Also, favorite tv shows: Lie to Me, House, Firefly, Roswell, Dark Angel, Glee, Hawaii Five-O reboot, DOCTOR WHO.
When it comes to music, I like pretty much everything... except rap. And even including some rap. I can almost guarantee that I will be able to find something on my ipod that we both enjoy.
Favorite foods are Mexican and Italian foods. Spicy Indian/Thai food is good, too!

Sadly, I'm usually at home. Hopefully I'm with my friends, but more often than not, I'm alone. That's not an attempt to garner pity, it's just the truth.

my guilty pleasure movie is xXx with Vin Diesel. The plot sucks, I know, but there are explosions and I kindof love the soundtrack. Mindless entertainment, hurrah!
