I grew up in Canberra, and after Uni I fled when I realised that unless you're married with kids, you must be into parliament house and bushwalking to get the most out of it. Lived in the UK for a few years, travelled, had a lot of fun until the GFC hit and escaped back home. Realised Melbourne was where my heart lies. I love this city and enjoy all it has to offer.

I'd like to think I was empathetic, genuine and a good listener. I love sorting out the world's problems with my friends on a Sunday afternoon.

I love live music and theatre. I care about people. I love doco's, art house/foreign films, dining out, entertaining, overseas adventures in places that are culturally diverse, trying new things and doing things that will take me out of my comfort zone. I used to sing in a jazz band and trying to inspire myself to get back into it. Although I know a bit of routine is good for me, I get restless and don't wait for things to happen to me.

Essentially looking for someone who knows how to use the dial feature of a telephone and has a job. :) On top of that if you're a funny, kind, thoughtful guy whose values are in synch with mine, that'd be good too. A touch of quirkiness wouldn't hurt.

I'm working as a kick ass Executive Assistant for a bank and training to become a pilates instructor. I'm happily living in the inner north of Melbourne with randoms.

I love films, anything that makes me think or feel. Not a massive fan of big american block busters or cheesy rom coms. I'm into all sorts of music depending on my mood and activity. Currently listening to Lanie Lane, Regina Spektor, Antony and the Johnstons, the xx, Little Dragon, Chet Faker & jazz when I'm cooking and having a glass of wine.

I really like reading but have developed a particularly bad habit of watching TV series during the winter. Mad men, life's too short and Grandma's house have got me through.

The only book I'm reading currently is a travel guide to Israel..popping over there to check it out in a few weeks.

I'm a big foodie - love trying it all, although I have my weekly dose of pho with friends. I love cooking, it's a nice little creative outlet, although I'm not particularly talented in that department.
