My self-summary
Apparently a picture with ME in it, without nudity, sans anything disgusting and minus anything zoomed in on can't remain on here in my main gallery, but pictures with a dudes pants around his ankles is fine. Well take this, random flagger. I laugh in the face of your assholery.

Want to know my name? I'll give you some clues:
1) It's in the title of a "scary" movie that came out in the 1990's.
2) An actress in a 1970's horror movie has my name somewhere in her name.
3) Think of British politicians. Before you ignore the other two clues and guess Margaret Thatcher because she was in the news recently, I'm going to go ahead and shut you down. Out of the eight letters used in her first and last name, my first contains only two.
What I’m doing with my life
After working a job that paid well and had a decent amount of security but that filled me with an overwhelming sense of misery, I quit and now I work part time for the parks department and full time at a bookstore (Yeah, that's right, my FULL TIME JOB is at a bookstore). Both jobs are fantastic and I wouldn't trade them for anything, unless I was trading them for the same exact jobs with better pay. That would be an okay deal.

Working 60-80 hours per week with the rare day off once a month doesn't leave me with a lot of time for going out for coffee and the such. Just a heads up ;)

Ever since I was introducted to DFW, I've been attempting to live a less frustrated, oblivious existence.

Alan Watts is also worth mentioning.
I’m really good at
I make a good cup of joe and I'm fluent in laughter and sardonicism.

I also excel at giving people the wrong impression.
The first things people usually notice about me
That's something they're supposed to keep to themselves, isn't it? I've been told it's my gothness, though I don't try very hard to be goth these days. My small hands and hair are always commented on.

Apparently my hair used to remind older men of Liz Taylor, which was perturbing given her current state. I was also asked to be in photos on Halloween because people thought I was Lydia Deetz when, in fact, I was being my normal self. SO, I chopped it all off in the hopes of avoiding uncomfortable conversations and apparently I made myself look like Trinity, Aeon Flux or Lisbeth Salander.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

PS- I abhor Family Guy. Quote it just once to me and I will develop an inordinately poor opinion of you.

Note- To avoid having to eventually answer this question, I don't like COD (unless you are speaking of the Romero map). I don't like a lot of the popular games. Far Cry 3? Yeah, the only good thing about that was that it was open world. Whoop dee doo.

Computer: The Sims (all of the ones!), Vampire the Masquerade, Torin's Passage, Kings Quest, Phantasmagoria
The six things I could never do without
1. Books
2. Dogs
3. Halloween decor
4. Pajama pants
5. Coffee
6. Cold, rainy days when I don't have to wake up at a reasonable hour and can spend the day dancing ballet on the way to the coffeepot. It's even better on days when I have a full beard.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Putting birds on things and capu-chuchu-chuchu tea.

This.

Why my cat won't do this. Or this.

Why my dog isn't doing this right now. Hell, why my dog isn't a pug. Fuck it, why I am not a pug so I can get massages instead of biscuits from cats.

Gender equality. Like how I just threw that on you after you took the time to skim through the rest of my profile?

How is babby formed?

This is water.
On a typical Friday night I am
I might be spending it reading or playing a video game; I may be grabbing dinner with friends or catching a movie with family; I might be at a friend's band's show or hanging out in Westport. It's all about what sounds good at the time. In the rare instance that I have free time I do tend to go to shows.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I poop. I'm aware it's abnormal for women to do this, but unfortunately I do.

In all honesty there aren't many things I'm not willing to admit to.

I do have a hard time conceding that I play a game called Wizard101. It's a good game. Seriously.
I’m looking for
  • Guys who like girls
  • Ages 24–35
  • Near me
  • Who are single
  • For new friends, long-term dating, short-term dating
You should message me if
You need to understand that I have a life outside of this site and may never reply to you. I'd like to apologize in advance for anyone that puts effort into a message and then doesn't get a reply from me. Give yourself a pat on the back for the effort, at least. It's a rare thing on here.

I decided that being kind, friendly and tactful all the time isn't particularly worthwhile on here so I attempted to be straightforward and state that I wasn't interested, which didn't work very well, either. If I don't reply, assume that I'm not interested or feel free to ask me if I am or not. I will always answer that question.

Also, please don't waste my time if you negatively judge people based on their age, gender, sexuality, weight, disability, racial heritage, monetary status, clothing choice, etc. I don't need any of that negative jibber-jabber.
