I am compassionate, rulebreaking, and heartfully hedonist.

My Self-Summary

I am a complexity, true. But lighthearted about it! I seek kindred and very understanding souls to befriend, and I will flesh out this selfsummary as it were as I get to know you all... be gentle with me, my somewhat recent relational reality has been well, somewhat painful. That said, I am a big love! Ok, in retrospect, that almost sounds like whining. I'm over it! Grin....

I ... truly value deep real meaningful friendships, lighthearted they may be, I am a very caring person. The cliche would be to say, sometimes, almost too much so, but with a few exceptions I will avoid that stereotype!

I have a hmmm I would like to say inner rogue...but he is a good rogue. Call it chaotic good! (inside D and D joke and no, it's been years since I played). I'm definitely a playful spirit. I believe I have healthy good boundaries, but, and, I do like to play the edges. Life is for living! Moderation in all things I say, including one's moderation.

And it's a beautiful world. Stop and smell the flowers!

What I’m doing with my life

Multifaceted, multidimensional, multitalented, multitasking. Non-conventional. Healing. Artistry. Wordsmithing. Being self employed. Seeking to change the world for the better! Striving to grow myself up.

Currently, flirting with your synapses and hopefully titillating your dopamine receptors. I am also weathering the storm, casting a weathered eye on the horizon, and hoping for the best! And, loving the best I can - aren't we all?

Occasional teaching stints at OSU.

I’m really good at

Being compassionate, helpful, erudite, creative, caring, and caretaking; being visually artistic and musical too; unconditional love, acceptance and tolerance, appreciation; being creative, unusual, unconventional, iconoclastic; being poetic, witty, clever, alluring, seductive, and silver-tongued; loving nature, others, self; wandering the world; taking up metaphorical and nonviolent arms in the good causes of the world, and may it be saved by the likes of you and me!

The first things people usually notice about me

Gentle soul, big heart, intelligence, and not so normal mainstream American male appearing as I am not that.

My intellect or maybe it's just verbosity but hopefully not sophistry. Gotta like that word, sophistry.

The ability to break rules like listing just six things I could never do without

I spend a lot of time thinking about

Love (real love, not the artificial romantic illusoryness they sell us)
Nature (without which we would be sorry indeed. Includes sundry items like air, water, food, trees, and other living things to keep us company)
Freedom (see everything else on this list)
Travel
Spirituality (what we are really)
Sexuality (really... I didn't fool ya, did I? Maybe more than the others)
Artistic License (see above)

On a typical Friday night I am

atypical

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

I'm somewhat lonely amidst the crowd, have a complicated life, and you're going to have to be an unusual and understanding woman to match me (but it is worth it!) Also, I have a strongly sensual, sexual, and erotic nature, but true real heart connection is what I desire, though unconventional in form it may be... true friendship is what I honor and want.

You should message me if

you would like to connect, commune, or comingle with me.
