Started a new job last week as a medical collections clerk. Work is okay, found out what a hassle it is to get insurance companies to pay. I am in charge of sending off the workman's comp bills, and calling to follow up on payment of these and 7/10 have been paid but 3/10 you have to fuss and fight with them to admit they don't have the actual claim form and not just the billing report.

Also starting to hate OKcupids new quiver match system. Even though I have it set to girls who like guys I am getting men sent to my quiver list, not only that they are starting to come in from all over the damn place today I have one from my city, one from England and one from Maine.

*shrug* oh well.

Today I was laid off by my company. Sucks it really sucks, but they are paying me for the next 60 days, and If I sign this waiver thing they gave us I will get 1 week per year I was with the company for an additional 12 weeks of pay.

But on the bright side I may have a new job lined up already. Need to take a few days to think about it, get my head back right and talk to the HR person at my old job and make sure I still get by benifits if I start with a new company.

You know I am rather shy and I sometimes can't find the words I want to say to women, epically if I like that particular person.

I often wonder why I can't seem to find that one woman for me. I mean I sit around during work and listen to the tales some of my coworkers tell about how they are cheating on their wives or their girlfriends and they think its odd that I won't hit on a woman who is dating someone. A few of the woman I do know say I am rather thick when it comes to subtle hints and I end up missing the "signal" and I end up loosing my chance with someone.
