My self-summary
I fundamentally believe the universe is a friendly place, which works out well for me, since I'm curious about nearly anything and have no qualms asking questions of strangers. I am intelligent (admittedly down-right nerdy about some things) and really enjoy quick-witted conversation. I love the city of Atlanta and I'm hungry to learn more about the world around me.
What I’m doing with my life
I've got a job that I love and I'm very passionate about...it allows me to be curious about the world as a full-time occupation. I've got other assorted hobbies (improv, investing, travel, gadgets) but what they all have in common is that they let me learn more about how stuff works and have fun with other people.
I’m really good at
figuring out what word you're trying to think of. I'm also pretty good at saying something witty under my breath that'll make you laugh.
The first things people usually notice about me
Women seem to notice that I have nice shoes, I have neat teeth, and I smell good.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I'm into rock and rap (from old-school Outkast to Muse). I'm definitely a sushi kind of guy, but I definitely have a fondness for tasty barbecue and perfect mac 'n cheese. My recent favorite random restaurant is Desta's Ethiopian Kitchen. The book I'm reading now is Improv for Storytellers, which somehow finds a tie between zen and improv. Weird, right?

I'm pretty addicted to podcasts: This American Life, (of course) Radiolab (especially the first couple seasons) and the Bugle (the best and only audio newspaper for a visual world!) to round out my top three.
The six things I could never do without
Road trips, curious questions to strangers, my nieces, running shoes, a comfy pillow and news.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
What the grandpa I never met was like, what the world will look like in 50 years, elegant solutions to common problems, where to travel to next (Sweden?), whether I'd have enjoyed living a hundred years ago, if anyone else knows what duckpin bowling is?
On a typical Friday night I am
Meeting up with the guys for a night out, solidifying that new random thing to do this weekend, figuring out where I'll watch the UGA game tomorrow.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
When I was 10 I called in to a talk radio show, and the host was so perplexed by the situation that he invited me back on the air. I ended up doing weekly commentaries then taking questions from the listeners. He's now part of the White House Press Corps.
I’m looking for
  • Straight girls only
  • Ages 24–36
  • Near me
  • Who are single
  • For long-term dating
You should message me if
you think you may be the short, cute and kinda dorky girl that I'm looking for. If you're really tall, or think you're too grown up to play on a swingset, or can't be smart without being a jerk about it, I'll pass.
