Practicality isn’t my thing, and I can barely sympathize with pretentious types, but no one has ever called me overbearing. Honestly, it can be hard to pin down my serious side once I start laughing, but hang in there, rationale surfaces eventually.

Friends say they laugh at me more than the joke most of the time. I don’t care either way. Crash landing from a heartfelt laugh is the best way to fall if you ask me. Laughter is the best medicine, by the way. Trust me, I’m a doctor.

Well, that's a pretty broad question. Mostly, working I suppose. I'm a Licensed Acupuncturist at a major Minneapolis hospital. I work within the Integrative Medicine Department, and specialize in the Oncology and Pediatric patient populations. In that setting, my role is truly to help people through their health experience. I hope that I can assist in giving their bodies the optimum internal environment to do the healing it needs to do efficiently. I've also recently become certified in Therapuetic Coaching and Hypnotherapy. I have a lot of tools in my toolbox to help people on the physical, emotional and mental levels.

The work is rewarding. Helping people with alternative therapies is an interesting way to spend the workday, but I also love teaching Healthcare Ethics at a local college.

I have a background in anthropology and archaeology. I've always been fascinated by a cultures belief system and how they express through art their society's beliefs / values etc. So I spend time exploring indigenous cultures. It seems at the moment, I've been spending a lot of time learning about the shamanic practices of the Q'ero people of Peru.

Granting absolutions....but only 3 a day. Bring on the indulgences!

That I appear rather serious but then realize rather quickly I'm actually pretty goofy.

Figuring out something to do at the last possible moment.

The man who gets my attention is equally intellectual and sensitive; compassion is no stranger to him. He enjoys a healthy debate just as much as staring at cloud formations, or better yet, makes me laugh until it hurts.

Nothing is more attractive than a man with razor sharp wit. I’m looking for someone strong and caring who will walk by my side through life, and be my champion. He feels deeply and moves me whether we’re in a crowd of thousands or slow dancing in a silent living room.
