I like sarcasm, hiking in Great Falls, and dogs, though I'm only allowed a cat in my apartment.

My nickname is Panda...hence my name here. It is one of my life goals to find a panda in China and hug it (legally, of course). Another is to go to Costa Rica and volunteer for the sloth orphanage (update: though I did not get to volunteer for the sloth orphanage, I did get to go to Costa Rica and pet a sloth...close enough). Yes, I know it is odd.

I have a cat named Sterling Mallory Archer, codenamed "Duchess". If you understand this, and it amuses you, we would probably get along.

I run a lot of races - for fun. No timing. I don't actually like running all that much, but working on it. My favorites this year have been Warrior Dash, The Zombie Run, and the Color Run.

Trying to figure it out. The M.A. in Museum Studies was fun, but currently I am a technical editor by day, supervillian by night. Supervillians have way more fun than superheroes.

Yes, in case you were wondering, I do edit your profile in my head while I am reading it.

A myriad of things....organization, napping, singing, biking, tripping on the ground, running into things without breaking any bones (though I did manage to punch myself in the face and need eye surgery for it, and gave myself a concussion once).

Favorite movies for the moment are comic book or graphic novel movies...but I am a dedicated cinemaphile.

Others include Good Will Hunting, Chocolat, Fight Club, The Blind Side, The King's Speech, Amelie, Y Tu Mama Tambien, The Pianist, 300 (historical inaccuracies and all), Sherlock Holmes, Batman (Have you ever danced with the Devil in the pale moonlight?), and other randoms you've never heard of...or maybe you have, which will make me like you even more.

Love bad and good TV (these are in no particular order): Dr. Who, Being Human, Arrow, Bones, Castle, Battlestar Galactica, Hoarders, Intervention, Sons of Anarchy, Big Bang Theory. Archer is definitely one of my favorite shows. Also getting into Game of Thrones. I'm also all about the hockey.

Music: All of it. I like to sing and play the piano, so I am definitely more of a ballady, musical type kind of girl, but I like to get loud and angry as well. Adele is high on my list at the moment. I like it all. Dance, Country, Hard, Grunge, Ska - pretty sure my iPod has a dissociative personality disorder from all the genres it is tormented with. Music is a passion.

Food: Indian, Chinese, Vietnamese, Italian, American. As long as I don't have to cook it, I like it.

Out with friends, seeing what's new, getting into trouble. Correction: finding shenanigans. I find that the word "shenanigans" must be worked into every possible conversation.

Finding the hidden corners of DC that don't have scores of interns swamping them. I prefer a quiet bar than a loud club.

Or, trying new restaurants, watching movies, catching up on tv shows, doing laundry, going for a night hike, etc.

I try not to have typical Fridays.

I have the weirdest dreams of anyone I know.

One of the coolest moments of my life is when I got to get onstage at a Train concert and sing "Don't Stop Believing". And yes, I have video.

Also, I work out five days a week at least. No exceptions. I would like a workout buddy...perhaps someone who can teach me how to enjoy running.
