My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Edit:
So, I just moved back to MPLS after spending most of this past year in Athens, GA. If I learned anything from it, it's that Georgie sucks just as much as you'd imagine, if not more.

But anyway, back to me. I like cheap beer, cowboy killers, and revenge.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Upon my arrival back in MN, I'll be saving up money for my next move. It's looking like it's going to be California at this point. But, if I happen to find an apprenticeship under a decent chef, I might wind up staying through winter. To be honest, so much of my life is up in the air right now, I really can't tell you what I'm doing. And that's exactly the way I want it.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Pool, it often pays my bar tabs. I'm pretty alright with a guitar too, I suppose. Oh, and cooking. I'm good at cooking.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
That they recognize me from somewhere, but have no idea where. You have no idea how often this happens to me.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books/Authors: George Orwell, Timothy Leary, Punk Biographies, Ralph Waldo Emerson, Henry Thoreau, Michael Pollan. I tend to side with said authors philosophically.

Movies: American History X, Four Brothers, The Breakfast Club, Waking Life, Donnie Darko, SLC Punk, The Royal Tenenbaums, Exit Through the Gift Shop, American Hardcore, Pulp Fiction, Inception, Underworld, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Heathers, Mean Girls, Garden State, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, The Perks of Being a Wallflower, etc. And anything about the end of the world.

TV: Freaks and Geeks, How I Met Your Mother, Community, True Blood, The Office, Arrested Development, Planet Earth, MAN VS. WILD, among other things.

Music: Ani DiFranco, The Dead Kennedys, Minor Threat, Dessa, the Mountain Goats, Wingnut Dishwasher's Union, Johny Hobo and the Freight Trains, The Distillers, Nirvana, The Sex Pistols, The Bodies, Elliot Smith, Garbage, Catch 22/Streetlight Manifesto/Bandits of the Acoustic Revolution, Eminem, The Descendents, Paul Baribeau, Ghost Mice, Mischief Brew, Andrew Jackson Jihad, Defiance, Ohio, Alanis Morissette, Smashing Pumpkins, Noah Gundersen, Amanda Palmer, Dresden Dolls, Atmosphere, P.O.S, Doomtree, Songs: Ohia, Hopsin, Cage the Elephant, Eyedea, Rocky Votolato, The Heartless Bastards, etc

Food: I'm a cook, and I find myself making Mexican and Asian dishes the most at home. Cilantro, red onion, and lime might be the greatest combination of flavors ever.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
My chef's knife.
Guitar.
Sewing kit.
Coffee.
Pocket knife.
Gum.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
My future. Physics. The Universe. Philosophy. Technology. Religions. Morality. Consequences. Social relationships. Mannerisms. Life in general.

But for as much time I spend thinking about these things, I tend to be appathetically opinionated.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Awesome.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm an open book. I suppose the most private thing of relevance to people on here is that I'm a recovering addict. It's been a year and a half since I've gotten clean, and counting.

You feel adventurous. Like, too the point of taking a road trip with a complete stranger. I've always thought that would be awesome to do.

Yesterday, I was bored. So, I found an abandoned building and broke into it to take some photos. If this seems like something you would do, we'll get along just fine.
