My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm a pot-of-coffee-by-day, bottle-of-wine-by-night type of guy who enjoys wearing suits and engaging in all manner of deviance.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I travel between New York and Shenzhen working running my company, designing open source electronics and making things with friends. My life is full of awesome!
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Flossing, asking the right questions, and staying up late.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm generally well-dressed.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

I enjoy these things, but the specifics change regularly. They're more fun to talk about in person anyway.

Okay, just for funsies I'll list the books on the top row of my bookshelf (from left to right). This isn't necessarily indicative of my reading habits.

- Cake Boss: The Stories and Recipes from Mia Famiglia (I only have this because I was a gust on the robot episode of the show.)
- A Dictionary of Etiquette by W.C. Green (1904) (basically all the stuff one would need to know if living in Downton Abby)
- A First Course in Physics by Millikan [the oil drop guy] and Gale (1906)
- Side Effects by Woody Allen
- Bondage for Sex by Chanta Rose
- Common Sense, Rights of Man, and Other Essential Writings of Thomas Paine
- The Physics of Christmas by Roger Highfield
- The Walking Dead Volume 1
- In Search of Schrödinger’s Cat by John Gribbin
- Physics for Poets by Robert H. March
- (My penny collection from middle school)
- The God Delusion by Richard Dawkins
- The End of Faith by Sam Harrris
- Physics of the Impossible by Michio Kaku (I was interviewed on one of the television episodes made from this book)
- Fear and Loathing:On the Campaign Trail '72 by Hunter S. Thompson
- Introduction to Solid State Physics

And if you like Harry Potter, you should watch Wizard People Dear Reader. Brilliant!
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Rope and five other things.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
The same dirty things you're thinking about.

Also, if I were to travel back in time, how much of present day technology could I reproduce?
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Out with friends or out meeting new people.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I recently discovered I'm into light bondage. It's not a lifestyle, just another fun thing to do :-) Relax. It's okay if you're not into this; it's not a requirement. I enjoy being in control of making someone I care about feel good. It's like giving a massage or scratching a back, but there's more rope. I was a Boy Scout, so I'm pretty handy with knots.

UPDATE: I'm not trawling for one-off sexual experiences. I'm interested in developing relationships in one form or another. And before you ask, NO, I am not interested in going to Hong Kong to tie up your husband. Seriously, why do so many women in Hong Kong want this?
