My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Let's redo this. Seems like it's about time considering I'm a good two seconds from deleting this account.

I'm not on this site just looking for sex, I know how to find people to have sex with.

I'm also not your typical gay guy. I enjoy going to local bars more than catching a drag show and haven't seen a single episode of Glee (I don't plan to), I'd rather catch up on Archer and other netflix shows. My favourite pair of shoes are my completely beat up converses and you can see my socks when I wear them, I give zero fucks.

I have an acerbic tongue with a wit to match and can be too blunt for my own good.

I'm a hopeless romantic and an impossible cynic at the same time.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm working as a shift manager at Starbucks, which takes up a lot of my time. While doing that I'm trying to balance an increasingly complicated social life of hanging out with my friends, drinking, watching TV and sometimes going out to bars and other venues.

I'm trying my best to become a published writer. But I'm hindered with a fully packed schedule and an insane desire not to fail at the only thing I've ever wanted to do.

I'm trying to find a awesome guy to incorporate into that.

I'm not succeeding in any of those areas, but I've managed to watch the entirety of my Netflix queue and download a bunch of new music.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I'm a pretty great writer! Wish I was as good as everyone else says I am but what can you do?

I can make an amazing nonfat cappuccino and a stellar Earl Grey Tea Latte. Any coffee/tea drink, but those are my specialties. That and making steak.

I'm really fantastic at becoming overly invested in television shows, alienating people, and shopping with money I shouldn't be spending.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My eyes, they are an insane mixture of blue/grey/yellow and people never cease to comment on them.
Also my hair and how it's constantly changing.

Often times its how I instantly come off as arrogant, cocky, overly confident, defensive/combative and downright insulting. But under those horrible traits I'm actually super loyal, protective and way too nice.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

I love books and television, if you're don't we won't work out.

Song of the Moment: Rabbit Heart by Florence + Machine

Books: The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, The Chronicles of Narnia, Harry Potter, The Picture of Dorian Gray (Anything by Oscar Wilde), Void, Stranger On A Train, Stardust, Leave Myself Behind, The English Patient

Television: Nikita, Once Upon a Time, Cougar Town, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Veronica Mars, Dollhouse, 2 Broke Girls, Futurama, Archer, Roseanne, Stacked, Birds of Prey, Gilmore Girls, 30 Rock, Simpsons, Big Bang Theory, Batman the animated series, Firefly

Movies: Disney's Beauty and the Beast (if you love it we may be soulmates), Mean Girls, Easy A, Stardust, Finding Nemo, Saved

music: I mostly jam to rock, pop and indie tunes. Metro Station, Paramore, Mayday Parade, Florence + Machine, Digital Daggers, Aimee Allen, Ellie Goulding, Death Cab for Cutie, Capital Cities, Ivy, Air, Dandy Warhols, Garbage, Curve, Ke$ha, The Postal Service, Garbage, No Doubt, and so much more that you probably haven't heard of.

Food: Yes, food! I like sushi (anything Japanese, really) and live in anticipation of a good steak. Lately I'm also into Thai and Mediterranean dishes as well. If you can take me to or make me great Italian I will probably marry you
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
- my stemless wine glass (no breaking)
- wine (I adore it.)
- My best friends
- a good journal and pen
- low carb/zero calorie energy drinks
- my sister
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
How pathetic am I hanging out on okcupid at night trying to find people instead of actually living life and going out to meet people.

And why are so many people doing the same?

How broken are we as race?
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Does anyone have a 'typical' Friday night these days? I work most Fridays until like nine pm then if I'm not exhausted and poor I go out and party. If I am I stay home with friends, television and wine.

Sometimes I read while doing any of the above.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I never pee in the shower. Apparently most people do.

As I mentioned I'm kind of a hopeless romantic. As a result I can decide whether I like someone in about twenty minutes, for better I think, it helps cut through the bullshit. This same trait makes me fall for someone within about two hours if we connect then using sex as an emotional icebreaker. This usually ends poorly for me.
