My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
My self-summary... hmm. I have what some would call an unhealthy obsession for movies. I just say it's a passion of mine. I have family that I love and can't stand at the same time, you know... family haha! I have lived in Las Vegas/Henderson my entire life and I'm quite okay with that. Nothing ever closes here and that's awesome. Oh and my name is, Chase. Nice to meet you.

I like concerts and music in general. I find it weird talking about myself like this. I have a bit of a crude sense of humor and I am very proud of that fact. I hate the overly sensitive type. A comedian once said that nothing is off limits and I couldn't agree more. Take a topic and add time and you have something you can laugh about.

I have what some have called a "bad mouth", I just see it as having fun with words. A good f-bomb can help a lot. I love nerd things, in fact I write for a website called Nerdlocker.com where I write film reviews. And we're back to movies! Alright! It always seems to come back to that with me, sorry for that in advance. ;)

Here is a recent review of mine.

What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm working and currently looking for a better job. A job that doesn't make me regret how I spent my day, that would be awesome. My ultimate goal is to save up to attend film school. (See, movies again...) A normal 9 to 5 job sounds like a death sentence to me. Being on a movie set sounds amazing so I would like to do that please and thank you.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I like to think I'm exceptional at being a friend. I hope that doesn't sound ridiculous. Something I've noticed with all the friends I have had over the years is that the majority tend to become flaky or unreliable. I feel a certain necessity to be there when I'm needed. I guess one might call this loyalty and dependability.

I'm well versed in basic household maintenance which is a nice thing I suppose. I'm pretty talented at playing video games, I know this is a very sexy trait haha! I'm not terrible at barbecuing and have yet to set anything on fire that was not meant to be aflame. Oh that reminds me, I am well initiated in the ways of blowing up fireworks, the big kind, the fun kind.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I tend to make light of whatever situation is currently taking place. I can be quiet or you know... shy at first but once I open up it's up for you to decide if that was a mistake or not :) I have a beard which I love dearly and have no plans of getting rid of; I often hear about my soup-saver from those around me. I have been told that I'm tall, 6' 1" but with a brother who is 6'6" I have a hard time accepting this as accurate at least when he's around. I know I'm not short but 6'6"?! Damn.

I talk about movies too much, especially to those that don't really care but most are kind enough to placate me while I ramble about some inane, boring film fact. I don't see them as boring but I digress. I've already talked about this subject enough to scare whoever is reading this away. Sorry.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books: Sleepwalk With Me, Splinter Cell, The Alphabet Of Manliness, World War Z, Dad is Fat, Lone Survivor, The Snowman, Doctor Sleep, Into the Wild.

Movies: SEE! It never stops!! If that bothers you leave now, I ain't changing. This list could run on without end. So to just name a few... The Departed (Favorite), Inception, Super 8, Superbad, The Town, Hugo, The Wolf of Wall Street (Anything from Martin Scorsese), Chef, Warrior, Boyhood, Enemy, Under the Skin, Edge of Tomorrow, Locke, Joe, Anything from Quentin Tarantino and SO MANY MORE. I could do this all day but I will spare you the headache.

Shows: Sons Of Anarchy(Favorite), Justified, The League, It's Always Sunny In Philly, The Walking Dead, Breaking Bad, Raising Hope, Archer, Weeds, Dexter, American Horror Story, The Leftovers, You're the Worst, Tyrant, The Strain, True Detective.

Music: Music fanatic as well. I like genres that most don't. I like heavy music, that stuff with loud noises and some guy that sounds like he needs to "see someone".

Some of my favorites are Hundredth, Counterparts, Defeater, The Ghost Inside, Every Time I Die, Stick To Your Guns, Vanna, Alexisonfire, Title Fight, Heart in Hand, Stray From the Path, Break Even, Longshot, Caravels, Gideon, Lorna Shore. I also like oldies, classics like Queen, Bill Withers, and a lot more.

This should give you an idea of the music I like. I made all the mixes: http://8tracks.com/defeater-defeated

Food: I am as picky as they come but I think that's part of finding that special someone is that they will push you into trying new and exciting things like food that you can't pronounce the name of.

But I like pizza (Duh, it's pizza.), most anything Italian, and other things that escape me at this particular moment. Sorry, I forget shit, it's a habit of mine that has become more and more focused as I've gotten older haha!! I didn't mean for it to happen but I forget why I never tried to prevent it. See what I did there? ;)
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Avoiding the obvious like family and friends, water, food and oxygen.

1. My bed, it makes me smile just thinking about it.

2. Movies, I had to say it, you knew it was going to happen.

3. Music, it's just awesome.

4. Computer/ Console, I like the internet and video games. Sue me.

5. TV, it's the next best thing to movies.

6. My truck, it gets me places and I appreciate that so much.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
That one subject that I have mentioned so many times I should be but I'm not, embarrassed.

Why people are so annoying and yet I have this innate desire to bring more of them around my body. Survival maybe? I don't know.

What day it is, I forget sometimes. This isn't helping telling everyone that I can't remember shit. Oh well, you'll probably forget.

I like to mess with people so I tend to think about the how, never the why.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Not much really. I need someone to help change this for me. I have friends but they're either working, going to school, or burping their children. I keep telling him that his kid is almost 14 years old, it's about time he learns to clear his burps himself. That was a sad excuse at humor. I apologize.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I forget shit. I've said it a million times now so I guess I'm not THAT private about it. Maybe it's more of a 'I should be private about it' kind of thing. Eh, oh well.

Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
Frankly, if you don't really care for or only catch once in a while a movie, just move along. If you like music that isn't country. I mean you can like it but I will NEVER listen to it, not willingly anyway. You have to love animals, dogs preferably. Uh... I don't know what else. If you are simply inclined to do so. Please don't feel hurt if I don't respond back. If you actually read all this malarkey you deserve an award or at least a pat on the back. Oh and a thank you. :)
