Waking up way too early, working for 12 hours a day in a kitchen, wondering what I'm going to do about my living situation, drinking Philz, going to the gym, eating good food.

I live a healthy lifestyle. Even though I am a chef and love food to it's core, I am extremely health conscious and try to eat healthy and keep fit.

TV: I don't have a TV but some of my favorite shows are: Its Always Sunny, Seinfeld, Man Men, East Bound and Down,
Flight of the Concords, Top Chef, The Office, The Walking
Dead, Louie, Family Guy.

Food: Just about everything. Pizza (ny style), bone marrow, satsumas right now, Humphry Slocumbe and Phiz (hand in hand), torro, beets, gooey chocolate chip cookies, salami with my grandma's mustard, my moms blueberry pie, kielbasa and kapusta, carnitas burritos from la taqueria...

Either catching up on sleep or going out for dinner and drinks. I work at 6 AM on Saturdays

I realize I have a different schedule than most people, being in the industry that I am in. I work weekends and long hours. I do however have nights off and usually Mondays and Tuesdays off. So, if in the small chance you have a Monday or Tuesday off, let me know!
