Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I sincerely enjoy the human experience.

Entp. Definitely extroverted.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm an award winning fine dining chef at arguably the best restaurant in Philly.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Cooking, conversation, disc golf, creating art, writing, dance parties in awkward spaces, watching the sun rise, scrabble.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
The way I hold myself.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books:1984, Brave New World, Great Gatsby, On the Road, Zen and the art of motorcycle maintenance, One flew over the cuckoo's next, Slaughterhouse five, Farenheit 451, Naked Lunch, Catch 22, Clockwork Orange, Infinite Jest, Lolita. Edit: a lot of cookbooks right now to be honest. (Volt ink and bouchon bakery have been two of my favorite recently along with perusing the complete bocuse becase you cant forget where you came from.). Really enjoying Tom wolfe's style in the bonfire of the vanities. 6/28

Movies: Gaspar Noe, Takashi Miike, Akira Kurosawa, David Lynch, David Cronenberg, Stanley Kubrick, Werner Herzog, Alfred Hitchcock, Martin Scorcese, Alejandro Jodorowsky, Fritz Lang, Roman Polanski, Mel Brooks, The entire Monty Python crew. Also big into anything from Troma productions. Edit: just rewatched no country for old men and remembered how brilliant that film is.

Music: doom metal and a lot of Electronic music recently..like electronic music that isnt glow sticks and people eating ecstacy for the first time. Scuba, Nicolas jaar, legowelt, Jamie xx, burial, maya jane coles, machinedrum and george fitzgerald to name a few. Favorite bands of all time include the Disco biscuits, The misfits, Beach Boys, Kraftwerk, My bloody valentine, Hot Chip, Wu tang Clan, Talking heads, and NoFX. Edit: Leon bridges!! Shows: I dont really watch much tv. Louie, Breaking bad, Workaholics, The simpsons. All time include Twin Peaks, Arrested Development, The og Prisoner, Alfred Hitchcock hour, Twilight zone and the wire. Edit: I'm intrigued as to how the new season of true detective goes. On a less intellectual level, I'm excited for season 2 of Rick and morty.

Food: I can cook anything and I will eat anything at least once. I will order whatever Ive never had before. I'm big into offal. Turning peasant food and things a lot of people throw away into incredible food is truly an art. Couer de cochon, sweetbreads, chicken livers and pig tails are some of my favorites. Edit: my squab game is on point right now. sous vide then finished in a pigs bladder...popped tableside of course. Other people? Will, Vetri, fork, le virtu and Townsend.

Artists: Goya, Mondrian, Magritte, Caravaggio, basquiat, blek le rat, buff monster, os gemeos, Daim, neckface, blu, kaws, mad barbarians, Jon burgerman. Edit: been digging a lot of photography lately. This series impressed me yesterday. http://hifructose.com/2015/06/29/photographs-of-draped-masked-characters-by-german-artist-bartholot/
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
dancing
animal fat
sincere conversation
inspiration
an outlet
humanity
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
To be very honest, food is wholly consuming to me. My tv sits in the corner unplugged. I rarely watch Netflix nowadays. I read and read and read and read. I spend time on various forums (reddit amongst many others) discussing cheese, charcuterie, food science and plating with some of the best around the world. I collect insanely detailed and scientific modern books (see: modernist cuisine) and collect vintage (pre70s, especially French!) cookbooks. If I'm not working or dancing, I'm learning. What else should anyone do?

The creative process.

In what fashion will I obtain my own sealand?

What's the fucking deal with MRAs? That's an embarrassment to being a human, let alone a man. Being a bro is one thing, making the choice to be amalgamated with this mentality is shameful.

What show do I pick tonight?

Who are these people that answer yahoo questions?

What am I making for staff meal tomorrow?
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
All types of ill shit.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
