I'm a chef. Turns out its not as easy as The Food Network makes it out to be. It's nothing at all like those wonderfully pointless reality chef programs. There are no hugs, ass grabs, and high fives after a well worked service. That's all a crock of shit. We yell a lot. We curse a lot. We talk shit and criticize. We don't run to someone's aid when they're in trouble and lift their spirits. If someone breaks down into tears we mock them and pray they never return. Good times.
I love tattoos and have some fairly extensive work done on myself. I'm not going to give some bullshit "I like to express myself" reason for this. I just like 'em. I enjoy playing video games (I'm a guy, are you shocked?) I've been told I'm too cynical and way too sarcastic. I like to think of myself as a realist with a witty sense of humor.
My drink of choice is Scotch. No, it isn't because it makes me feel manlier, I just find it to be more enjoyable than other liquors. Ok, it also makes me feel manlier.
