I'm was born and raised in the Toledo area, and am currently living
in Holland. I graduated from the University of Toledo with a degree
majoring in Finance with a minor in Accounting. While attending the
University of Toledo I found my passion for finance and all
investments. Currently I am working on my CFA level 1, which will
be taken in early December. After the CFA exam I am considering
going to Michigan for an MBA, or an advanced degree in
Economics.
As for a description of myself I am a fairly tall guy that loves to play just about every sport imaginable. Because of this I tend to be fairly competitive. I enjoy going out and having a good time with the guys from time to time. People who know me would tell you that I have a great sense of humor. Right now I have a fairly busy life with my job as an investment analyst for a local financial firm, so I'm on here looking to meet new people.
Even though it's somewhat of a pain I really do enjoy going to the gym, as it keeps me healthy and lets me work off stress. I also enjoy either going out and seeing a movie, or staying in and watching something from Netflix. In my spare time I like to read my magazine/books on my iPad, but there hasn’t been a lot of time for that recently. When my pro/college teams are doing well I enjoy watching the games/going to them. Most music is enjoyable to me, but I tend to favor R&B (Akon, Bruno Mars), Rap (Eminem) and some Pop.
My goals in the near term would be to obtain a CFA Charter and MBA/Advanced degree.
