My self-summary
Remember those sleepovers in grade school when you'd play Dream Date? At the end of every game, you'd look on in horror as the little plastic doors swung open to reveal "the nerd" with arms outstretched wide. Your bestie would always get that Justin Timberlake looking guy. Wtf. Well, today, your luck has finally changed.

Hi, my name's Danny. A few months ago, I left a comfortable life in Chicago for what turned out to be the greatest adventure of my life. With a few bags of camping gear and my little green bike, Lola, I pedaled 4000 miles from New York to San Francisco to raise money for Multiple Sclerosis. After touring around California, I'm proud to now call Santa Barbara my new home, and I'm itching to share some of the crazy road stories I've collected over the last few months. And believe me, there are some epic stories (think being raided by FBI agents...), but to hear more, you may have to share a few of your own favorite anecdotes.

I'm looking for a girl who has a kind heart, believes in community service, and has a much less cocky profile than my own.
What I’m doing with my life
Prior to the bike trip, I worked as a software engineer at Discovery Channel. The past ten years I've also traveled the world as a professional musician in a Beatles Tribute band. Yes, I had to wear a shoulder length wig and a fake mustache, but I'm damn proud of it!

Since I just got here I'm mostly concentrated on all the logistics of starting fresh (finding the perfect place, meeting new people, exploring the city). Any suggestions of cool places to explore would be much appreciated!
I’m really good at
private serenades and fixing your computer issues. Not necessarily at the same time.
The first things people usually notice about me
People say I look like Justin Long. I'll take it as a compliment as I am most definitely a mac guy.

I spend a lot of time thinking about
-how I can make a difference

-the best bike routes between any two given points.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I'd rather see a musical than a sporting event.
