I am currently in my 3rd year of college, majoring in Art and minoring in American Sign Language. For some ridiculous reason, I decided to be over-involved in campus life this year. It's busy, but I love it!

I enjoy riding motorcycles. Taking a cross-state trip on a cruiser was the best freedom I have ever felt. I don't ride as much as I would like, but I am a comfortable, casual rider. Someday, I want to be one of those 40 year old bikers that you see riding down the highway with a few friends with camping gear packed on the back.

I also enjoy body modification (tattoos, piercings, scarification, etc.). Body mods have a wide variety of meanings according to culture, symbolism, ritual, personal interest, and so forth. I'll talk about tattoos and piercings with anyone, any time.

I grew up close to Pittsburgh and am Mennonite by heritage which might give a glimpse into my background. It doesn't completely define me, but it's difficult to capture all parts of the self in a profile.

College! And life in general. It's 2 full time jobs.

Movies: I Am Legend, Hellraiser, any comic-book/superhero movie, Lord of the Rings, Dogma, SLC Punk, Sweeney Todd, Alice in Wonderland, Star Wars, The Matrix, Home Alone 2, Pirates of the Caribbean

Music: Coldplay, Lady Gaga, Ratatat, Tool, David Bowie, Bob Marley, Béla Fleck, Lotus, Justin Timberlake, Muse, Michael Jackson, and I love mashups, remixes, and covers

TV Shows: Weeds, Heroes, Lost, Grey's Anatomy, The Simpsons
The TV in my apartment isn't hooked up to any channels, so I follow my shows online. Functioning TVs kind of blow my mind, to be honest. I'll sit and stare for hours, allowing my mind to enter a vegetative state. Trying to get my attention? Turn the TV off, otherwise I'll just get distracted and not pay attention.

Food: I'll try just about anything once. I'm a big fan of vegetarian options, but I'm not opposed to eating meat.

Family, fresh air, fresh produce, music, massage, friends

...the interactions of the human species. We're a really really strange bunch.

...religion/spirituality. There are so many paths that exist, each path with its own set of believers. Can all those paths lead to the same place? Or are there dead ends? And which path am I on?

...when I'm going to have time to do laundry.

Out and about, or in and chillin. It's whatever really.
It's also quite possible that I'm helping with a campus activity.

I have 2 tattoos and I've been pierced over 35 times (no, I don't still have them all).
