I have a tendency to babble on about nonsense..so, I'm going to attempt to make this short and sweet. I am currently living right outside of Charlotte. I have my BA in English, but currently working in education.

I am a proud Auntie..I have two little nieces and two little nephews. They are all amazing in their own ways. I wish I could spend more time with them, but the boys live in Chicago and the girls live in London.

I am proud to say that I am turning into a bit of a Health nut. I've had to adjust my diet due to some health problems and now I am contemplating vegetarianism...there are just a few foods stopping me. I have been all about hitting up the Farmer's Market for the freshest produce.

Right now I'm contemplating a move. I'm not sure in which direction though. The list consists so far Maryland, Chicago, Atlanta, Durham..decisions. I've been contemplating the move because I feel like its time. Gastonia/ Charlotte have been a great place to reside for the past 5 years, but change is coming.. and needed.

I work at a school for children with special needs. There are daily challenges and rewards. I am definitely not doing this job for financial gain. I feel like I was given the opportunity to work with these individuals to become a better person. I am excited because I think I have finally figured out how to take my experience with these kiddos to the next level, so stay tuned...I've got a plan and its going into action soon.

Remembering really random information that I picked up from pop culture or documentaries off of National Geographic, Discovery Health, etc. I definitely do not have a degree in IT, but I love messing around on computers and new technology. We recently got a smart board in our classroom, and I love it.

Movies: I could go on and on.. I love watching films..the short list..The King's Speech, Amelie, Pride and Prejudice (bbc), Lord of the Rings...

TV: I actually don't have tv, but when possible I try to catch up on Glee, Big Bang Theory, The Office, How I Met Your Mother.

Music..i love all different kinds but I'm currently into Adele, Jack Johnson, Coldplay
