I'm pretty calm and down to earth, people come to me for advice quite often, though I never offer it unless asked. I enjoy conversations on many different topics. I try to stay educated with books and lots of magazine subscriptions, so there's not many topics I feel out of the loop on. I am very laid back and easy to get along with. I can be a little shy and quiet at first, which is why i'm on here I guess, but that changes after I meet someone a few times. I've always found it easy to put myself in other peoples shoes, which tends to forge my views in many political and moral ways. Personality traits that I look for in others are level headed, curious, intelligent, honest, and compassionate. I have been cooking my whole life so that's about 13 years now I guess. I bought a restaurant at the beginning of the year, It had to close recently but I'll definitely be opening another one, I feel like it's what I was made to do, and I was never happier then when I was running it. Movies - Love them, a whole wall of my apartment is dedicated to movie posters. Some of my favorites are - Leaving Las Vegas, K-Pax, The Basketball Diaries, Lord of War, Gattaca, The Aviator, Troy, Primal Fear, Castaway, Eternal Sunshine, Falling Down, The Bucket List, Memento. Also any Superhero movie and Disney/Pixar movie I will like.

Shows - Documentaries! I will watch a documentary on literally any topic. I also like Mythbusters, Futurama, Conan, Dexter, Hells Kitchen, Breaking Bad, The Walking Dead, Kitchen Nightmares, Food Network Star, Masterchef, Top Chef, King Of The Hill, Family Guy, American Dad.

Music - Pretty much anything besides Rap and Country, my favorite band at the moment is System of a Down.

Food - Seafood is my favorite.
