I had forgotten about this site until it emailed me on my 50th
birthday.
Heck, I don't feel 50, I don't even feel 30.
I am an ex-extrovert, whose self confidence took a bad knock a few years back, due to illness. Now well again, and determined to get out and meet people, but not exactly sure where to start.
Overweight, more so than I am comfortable with, but doing something about that too.

Getting it together, finding fun stuff to do to meet people, going out for
