My "Star Wars" movie was Tron, and when I was younger I worked in movie theaters, so there's no way to really pick a short list. If it has an excellent script, and actors I enjoy, I'll give it a chance. Some of my staple movies are Lord of the Rings series(extended versions), What Dreams May Come, K-Pax, Ninth Gate, Pirates of the Caribbean series... yeah, another endless list.
When it comes to music, I enjoy everything except old country, rap, most R&B, and am very picky when it comes to opera. I could listen to vocal trance, classical, industrial, or hardcore metal all day long but I would say my "playlist" consists mostly of bands like RED, Skillet, Thousand Foot Krutch, Demon Hunter, Nine Lashes, The Letter Black, Need to Breathe, Hillsong, Killswitch Engage, Frontline Assembly, Depeche Mode, The Cure, and many, many others.
When it comes to TV, I love paranormal shows (Ghost Mine is one of my current favorites as well as Ghost Adventures and Dead Files), Dr Who, Stargate SG1/Atlantis/Destiny, Duck Dynasty, CSI, Blacklist, Revolution, 24, Sons of Anarchy, UFC, Big Bang Theory, Babylon 5, Farscape, Firefly, Supernatural, Blacklist, Marvel: Agents of Shield, and a random smattering of other shows.
Food... If it's cooked well, looks wonderful, and is healthy, I'm all about it. I really dig me some Japanese Hibachi/Steak House (Osaka), Tex-Mex (Los Cabos), Irish/Englsih Pub (Baker Street/McNellies) and German (Fassler Hall and of course Siegi's is amazing!)
