Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
My closest friends and family would (hopefully) tell you that I'm
open-minded, goofy, fun-loving, and free-spirited. However, their
actual description may vary. I never know what to expect from them,
and if I'm unlucky, they'll likely unveil those little quirks that
only those closest to me get to know about.
One little quirk I can tell you about here: I am a person who needs
a decent amount of creative and reflection time (usually in a
cafe). I get overwhelmed very easily when life catches me by
surprise, so taking time to myself helps me get centered and allows
me to come up with a proactive game plan.
A few basic facts about me: I am pretty sensitive at times, but I
am strong-willed and play hard ball when I need to. I also have an
intense desire to help anyone and everyone who surrounds me and
what I want more than anything...
Is to find someone who can force me to settle down and start
building a future. I love to travel, I love to try new jobs, and I
feel like I am always jumping head first into unmarked, unknown
territory. I'd love to have someone by my side who can follow me on
some of these crazy adventures. More importantly, though, it is a
plus if he loves quiet nights cuddled up on the sofa with a good
movie and perhaps a glass of white wine or a cup of hot tea.
With regards to my career: My academic background is focused in
communications and public relations. I have a good amount of
experience working in a social media coordinator role and in
marketing/media relations. Recently, I am very interested in
international development and translation work.
Summary: I like to believe that I am a talkative, caring,
language-loving, travel-hungry, hopless romantic who loves tea,
white wine, communications studies, karaoke, hugs, travelling
without a map and engaging conversations.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Currently teaching at an all-English kindergarten in Seoul. On the
side, I write for a cultural blog, make youtube videos, and am
currently working on plans for my own business in the future. If
the right opportunity came up, I would move back to North America
in a flash. I love Korea and have studied the language for 5 years,
but I think my long-term plan sees me going back.
I hope to find a home base someday, a place where I can call home,
a place where I can be creative - just be myself. A place to
recharge and detox.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Language study, memorizing lyrics, cooking and baking, taking care
of the house, keeping things organized, being creative, making
people smile, oh and I have been told I give great hugs!
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My smile, my ability to make people laugh and my ability to talk
continuously without needing to stop often to catch my breath (not
always a good thing, haha)

On a typical Friday night I am

Spending time with some friends over some well-deserved wine and
