I like meeting new people and making new friends. So, here I am. No expectations, no void in my life to fill, no desperation. Just curiosity and the thrill of discovery that comes with a new experience.

I spend most of my time being mom to my two amazing daughters. I have a job I enjoy, some volunteer projects I'm committed to, and a house and several acres to maintain. My downtime is often spent relaxing on my back deck with my pets and friends, soaking up the view and listening to the creek.

I am content, curious, and outgoing

Experiencing each moment, growing in awareness and serenity with each passing day. And teaching my children to do the same.

I'm not tall.

I have varied tastes. Currently I'm reading Kurt Vonnegut and listening to the Rolling Stones and Blue Rodeo.

I often have about 3 books that I'm in the process of reading--fiction, biographies, poetry. I'm also something of a news junkie. I don't watch much TV news, but I read magazines, blogs and news websites daily.

I love music. I play a few instruments and there are others I'd like to learn. My iPod has become one of my favorite possessions.

How to become the person I want to be.

Hanging out with the neighbors, relaxing on my back deck at dusk watching my bats fly and the deer graze in the back yard, or playing with my kids.
