My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Just one more who is searching for a world that ought to be.

First off, I'm a bit of a nerd. No, I have not watched Dr. Who nor do I own a smartwatch.

I am a big hockey fan. This last season has been rough on me.

I golf, play tennis when I can, keep an apartment patio garden, and I just bought a quadrotor.

I value many things; communication, motivation and honesty are amongst the most important.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Working full time for a large enterprise IT services corporation as a network engineer.

Part time student at UT Dallas.

Driving around in my rocketship with the windows down and the music up. Sometimes I roadtrip.

Pining for the fjords.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Being the worst millennial I can be.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

I just finished reading Hot, Flat and Crowded by Thomas Friedman. And started Freakonomics since there isn't much else to do when you're trapped at O'Hare for seven hours.

Time Bandits. Ronin. Some filmier stuff. Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy. A Dangerous Method. The list goes on but I honestly have not seen some of the great movies of my time.

Archer, Harvey Birdman, Venture Bros, A Song of Ice and Fire ie Game of Thrones. HGTV and the Cooking channel are my usual standbys if I need to watch mediocre TV programming during the day.

Progressive and classic rock. And some other random stuff. My music collection is sort of all over the place, but it really isn't too indie or unique. Rush, Metallica, Iron Maiden, lots of random songs that sound good. A small softspot for chiptunes. I also collect vinyl.

Food is good. I mean, that's really what it boils down to. I like to cook, so that means I do not subsist on Doritos, Mountain Dew and Hot Pockets. If you want to win my heart, know where to obtain excellent gyros.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Sand, fish, dinosaurs, electromagnetic radiation, DARPA, and bears.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
If you're pondering what I'm pondering. And if you're pondering what I am pondering, that both scares and intrigues me.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Going to the grocery store, oddly enough.
You should message me if
Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
... you want to go play tennis.

... you're down for a brewery trip.

... you want to mock me for not having Netflix. Seriously I don't have Netflix.

...or if you think I'm just interesting enough.
