I moved to Richmond from a small rural town in southwest VA.
I'm sorta a homebody, not much for trolling the bar scene which makes it harder to meet people in a new place.

I play (very) little guitar and I love to sing.
I like sports, especially baseball, go Red Sox! I don't like watching golf or NASCAR. I also think the players in the NBA and NFL are grossly over paid.
I like to listen to NPR, play scrabble and I love crossword puzzles.

I'm a realist...not to be confused with a cynic. I believe we make own reality and I don't care for people that take a passive approach to their lives.

Over the past few years I've taken some classes trying to find something that would grab me...hasn't happened yet. I really enjoyed my psychology, ethics and philosophy classes a lot but I'm not sure that's what I want to "do". I've been tossing around the idea of studying automotive technology. I think it would be neat to have an auto body shop run by women.
Right now I'm just enjoying living in a new place and constantly trying to learn more about the world and myself.

Being a loyal, and empathetic. I'm also very very patient, from years of working in the service industry, and can strike up a conversation with anyone.

Food: Indian, Thai, Mexican, Korean, Vietnamese, I love it alllll.

Usually hanging out with my friends, sometimes just taking it easy, having a quiet night at home. It depends how early I'm working on Saturday.

Disclaimer: First of all I'm really very non violent. I hardly ever scream or yell. The only time I raise my voice is at my dog. I'm not a hippie, I just don't think people that suck are worth expending that kind of energy.
Anyway, I have nightmares semi-often. According to my room mate I have been known to scream and yell in my sleep. I've also been known to wake myself up by punching the wall beside my bed or my bedside table.
I think I save it all up and let it out in my sleep, which is good I guess. It doesn't happen often, only when I have night mares, which again, are rare.
