why am I on here????

I'm really skeptical about these things really and often wonder why the heck I even sign up to be a part of online dating sites...I always end up canceling them out after a while. I guess sometimes it just seems like the old fashion way of a guy approaching a girl in person is nearly dead...except to the old flirty men and men from other countries.  When it comes to black men my age.....well...around my parts...(shaking head)...I don't know what's up. The way I see it, around my way a lot of the men are metro sexual who are really stuck on themselves. And others are gay or bisexual...and others... well just don't know how to talk to women and be genuine in their intentions.... that being said...I guess I see these online dating things as a way to cast my line into the sea of other men they say are out there. I hope to land upon one who is "real" and not in the way that they say Jay-Z is "real" either. I'm talking real in the sense that he understands the humanity of everyone, including himself; he understand himself as a king, respects a woman as a queen and knows that both can co-exist beautifully together without one having to squelch the power and influence of other.  If any guy who reads this is interested in know what I'm looking for...I'd say Maysa's song "I Need A Man" embodies what qualities I'm looking for. Oh, and don't take the song title to be the plea of a desperate woman...it is in no way about that. Take a listen and see. :)

Goodnight :)

Default user image "I Need A Man" : that is a legitimate demand; and I am sure this site is full of REAL MEN looking for their QUEENS. :)
