My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm really laid back and maybe even a little distant from the world, so my mood is almost always mellow. I place a high value on individual human rights; I always want to discuss ideas freely and objectively with honest premises. I'm not fully comfortable unless the people around me are in a good mood, or at least being communicative. Honesty and communication are really important to me, so is being able to brush stuff off.

I treat my friends right and stay off my high horse, but sometimes I come off as arrogant when I'm trying to charm people. I enjoy musical theatre and public speech, so it isn't unusual for me to jump into character or make a witty remark for a laugh. I am adaptable, have lots of self-control, and know how to act like a gentleman. I range from being quiet and distant, to being loud and assertive (not oafish).

You might call me introspective, but I can be very social in the right environment. I have a knack for making people feel appreciated and comfortable.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm a MSc student at UVic.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Problem-solving, listening, speaking in real terms, asking questions, making people smile, procrastinating, cooking, singing, writing, not taking things seriously, spacing out, critical analysis.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm charismatic and a touch geeky, and I've usually got a smile on my face. You might think I'm shy at first but I have serious, humourous, and adventurous sides. If I'm happy, I'm confident.

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
I can't come up with many good answers for this. I guess I like cheese, friends, music, the internet, vancouver island scenery, and beds.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Life. The universe. Everything. My mind wanders from distraction to distraction as a frog hops from lilypad to lilypad, in a haze of restless fervor, wondering what jolt of reality will come next. I get wrapped up in the details and sometimes can't untangle myself right. I like to contextualize and de-contextualize.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
With friends, having fun at home or on a walk. You can get me out to the pubs but I'm not a dancer. In the summer I like to spend days outside hiking, swimming, boating, or snoozing.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
The whole concept of free will scares me.
