A little extra
Agnosticism and it’s important
Doesn’t have kids but might want them
My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm a man. I work. In between I write and try to have some time for fun.

Let me state this up front: I am a geek, a nerd, whatever term you want to use. If it's been a punchline on "Big Bang Theory" I'm probably into it. That doesn't mean I'm content to stay in the basement with my Star Trek dvds though. There is more to life than one's hobbies. But if those hobbies are a dealbreaker then you might as well move along for both our sakes.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Working full time at the greatest comic/game store in the world. Working on any of a half dozen novels. Exploring my new city.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I've always been good at telling stories and making up new ones - it's what makes me want to be a writer. I kick ass at trivia. Oh and I'm pretty good at making my friends laugh.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Definitely the eyes. People often ask if they are real - by which I assume they mean to ask if they're contacts. The answer is yes, they are real. But they're not mine. I won them in a fairly shady poker game.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Big, unsorted list of interests incoming:

Stephen King, Jurassic Park, The Hunt for Red October, Aliens, D&D, Game of Thrones, Cowboy Mouth, Chinese Food, Bioshock Series, Godzilla movies, Anime, Marvel Comics, DC Comics, Standup Comics, Meat Loaf (music), Cake (food - though the band is good too), Star (Wars or Trek), 30 Rock, Arrested Development, Offspring, Old School Nintendo, Lovecraft, MST3K, Doctor Who, The first few seasons of X-Files, Book of Mormon (the play, just to be clear), Boondock Saints, Dark City, Tarantino Movies, The works of Joss Whedon in general, River Monsters, Dirty Jobs, Wreck-it-Ralph, Transformers, Zombie media, Pho, Lord of the Rings, Super Troopers, Supernatural, Archer, anything about the space race, and caramel.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
I never know if this question is asking about things you literally couldn't go without or things you just wouldn't want to. I'll do a mix of the two and you can decide which is which:

-Oxygen (the gas, not the TV network)
-Vitamin C
-Guinness Stout
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Anywhere between three and eight new stories at any given time, the best of which will eventually get written down.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Working. After work its usually hanging out with friends from work, maybe hitting a bar or seeing a late movie.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
If I'm willing to admit it, it's not private any more. If it's really private, I shouldn't be willing to admit it...

This is hard.

Oh, I got it. The most private thing I'm willing to admit:

I use an online dating site.

Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
-You're still reading this far.
-Any of the above made you laugh or smile.
-You're a nerdy/geeky type or thinking of becoming one (I can really help speed up the application process)
-You know who won in "King Kong vs. Godzilla"
-You want to talk to someone.
