My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Now to make myself seem more interesting than I actually am: I'm newly returned to BC after spending a year and a half in my home province of Quebec. It was nice to be home, but it will be even nicer avoiding the -20C winters. I'm currently working in web-development, though I was trained as a physicist.
In case my username and photos weren't enough of a hint I love rock climbing. However I also enjoy swing dancing, working out, filming videos, and little DIY projects. I just got a membership at the Victoria Makerspace and I'm looking forward to diving into something hands on.
Lastly, I love exploring new restaurants. Sometimes I wish I were a Hobbit, that way I'd have an excuse to eat multiple meals a day without being called a glutton. ;)
So if you'd like someone to go brunching, climb a mountain, or just to watch some bad TV with, shoot me a message. I'm hoping to find new friends and possibly more.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Sort of answered above. Working in web development. Getting settled back into Victoria.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
-Teaching, I'm very good at explaining complicated wibbly wobbly physics ideas to students.
-I'm pretty clever, math wise anyway. I love how a complicated problem can unfold into a simple elegant solution when you work on it long enough.
-I'm handy around the house, my brother and I renovated our kitchen from the ground up a few months back. (long story short, there was a grease fire; only casualties: arm hair and some cabinets).
-Climbing. :)

Just read the Mistborn series, so my brain is stuck in that world at the moment.

If you're passionate about what you do and think I'd like hearing about it. If you enjoy a weird sense of humor. Heck even if you're just interested in someone to climb with I can always use a new toproping or lead partner.
