What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
After a long period of wasted time and part-time jobs, I have finally discovered my passion. I love to cook. And I've practically taken a pledge that all those in my care will always eat well. To that end I am now returning to school for a culinary degree.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm quiet. Like beyond the usual shy or introverted level of quiet. There's been entire days where the only interaction I've had is a few noncommittal grunts and gestures.

As for food, peanut butter, Ramen noodles and Spam are all guilty Pleasures of mine.

And why the heck isn't there a section for video games?!
Most point-and-click adventure games like The Longest Journey
Puzzle games. Currently working through Antechamber.
I also play an embarrassing amount of Torchlight 2
I'm also good at racing games but I don't play them often.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
How I'm doing. I am really self conscious about how what I do stacks up with those around me. Which at work gives me healthy doses of motivation and anxiety to always be improving.
But outside of work I refuse to play that game. I'm going at my own pace and if I never get the perfect trinity of being an adult (stable career, white-picket fenced house, family with 2.5 kids) I'll still be happy.
It's only when when I'm in the kitchen that I become a beast.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Working. Friday nights are usually one of the busiest days of the week for restaurants. So it's all hands on deck with very little exception. And depending on the establishment, we might not get out until after midnight. Which by that time having a big night out on the town is far from my mind and unwinding with a nice hot shower and maybe some videogames is a lot more likely.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm missing a tooth. It's kind of obvious if you saw it face-to-face but on here I feel like I have to disclose it.
It's an old basketball injury from school. And while the doctors did an amazing job patching me up, no solution lasts and now I have to go back and get a fake one put in it's place.
Also my gums are messed up. But yeah, my whole mouth is kind of ugly.

Just message me. By this point you already have a solid idea whether you want to or not. So act on it already! There are few things more attractive then a person with initiative.
