My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
*Taking a trip to PDX for a wedding and Mountain Biking 8/27-9-2. Looking for trail recommendations, riding partner, and/ or beer company. It will nice to be back after a 9 year absence from the place where bridges cross rivers. *

Cooking is one of my passions, because of that I'm pretty jaded when it comes to eating out, I'd rather cook and stay in, my food is better. That said, I am totally up for finding the most obscure hole in the wall ethnic restaurant in the most sketchy part of town to eat a meal I could only dream of preparing at home.

One of my favorite insane past times is full moon night rides, it's a chance to kill the lights, cruise through the mountains in the dark and enjoy the solitude. Even more thrilling is handling easier descents with only the moon light to guide me.

My degree in Nonverbal Communication from UCSC is about as useful as dehydrated water; so I make cookies for a living.

I've traveled to 4 out of 7 continents, seen 13 countries, lived in 6 of them: the moral of the story is traveling rocks. Itineraries aside, I am back in Socal to stay... for now.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Everyday I'm perfecting the art of the hustle, some say having 3 jobs is the new normal, for me it's just because I love what I do. I'm like Bruce Wayne without the trust fund, food entrepreneur by day, server by night, and driving for Lyft rideshare platform.

I run my own natural foods start up, "A Couple Smart Cookies (R)" Our sales are exploding right now, you can check us out at , or

My schedule is hectic, but that is how I pay the bills. I don't have much time to party and get drunk, I've become a homebody in my downtime because even Batman needs a break.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Cooking, cycling, making breakfast, mixology, conversation, teaching
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I would love to say something cliche like my eyes, but honestly I think it's my really long arms. If you've heard of the ape index, the ratio of arm length to height, mine is 1.075.

In a perfect world I'd be about 6'3" but I only have the arms of a guy who is.

I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
I used to have some seriously meta crap here about food and spirituality. But these days I'm all about how the hell do I sell more cookies, and grow my business. My life is one big fucking business plan.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
At this point when I get Friday off, I'm either going to do something SUPER cool, or stay in, cook dinner, and do a bit of life maintenance.

I work almost every weekend, such is the life of a server. Luckily I am off by 9pm, but tend to work doubles too, so I'm up early.

I cannot grow facial hair.

I've kept a photo log of my body changing between every accident I've had, bike v. car, ankle break and other various injuries.

Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You just want to hang out, go riding, or hiking, and start off with a drink or something mellow. My first priority is my business, my non-profit responsibilities, making ends meet and me.

While I would love to be in a relationship, I'm learning that the work/life balance is hard, and I am responsible for just myself. It would be great to find a similarly minded woman, who is just as driven and independent, whom can recognize that my business comes first in the hopes that someday I won't have to put my personal life second. I'm not looking to start a family in the next few years, I just want to reap the benefits of all my hard work and that time is hopefully soon.

Message me if you like that I know what I want and where my priorities are at.

I choose to allocate my time judiciously, there isn't too much of it these days.
