My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Architecture + Linguistics

2013: I'll spend a year in Bath. Friends are more than welcome.
I'm coming to Bath in September 2013.

I've started 2012 with a wisdom tooth coming in.
(I had long withdrawn from painful knowledge.)

A traveler in January. [2011: I keep being a traveller, but not just in January, which is a holiday month between the autumn and the spring term, but during the summer and holiday breaks as well.]

I miss myself quite frequently. When I eventually find me I try to arrange my mind talking. [2011: I don't miss myself as frequently as I did due to the indecent sleeping pattern architecture provides.]

I'm looking for friends to have a coffee with, hang out or whatever.

I am a, shipwrecked, and person

[2011: My life's full of new plans everyday that keep me alive and thrilled. Everything remains hidden but it's potentially awesome.]
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'll take up again my Architecture degree in Spain in September. I've recently come back from Norway and an earth construction course. And I'm pointing to Ireland and Bilbao before beginning. I would like to end up the Summer among (or amid?) wonderful landscapes, dim light, maybe rain and good company.

I have become involved in some instant architecture I've created. I feel comfortable working with complex concepts trying to make them simple. (Most of time I can't come to a good solution). That's why I admire people such as Cecil Balmond.

[2011: I keep studying Architecture, but also an English Studies degree. (Hopefully I'll end up being a professor in the Applied Linguistics Department of my Technical School.) I now have a more critical approach to literature and language and, yes, I've learnt a new language: Italian! Latin is on the way.

And I'm working as a community manager in a Spanish-English free website and I'll be very pleased to show you how Spanish works.]
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
taking things seriously. I'm a passionate argumentative (without harming anybody). However, I'm the first one that bursts out.

In self-defense, I would say that I don't expect anything from anyone; that means I really believe in the goodness of the human being itself.

[2011: Apart from that, I'm the only person that roller skates Madrid at night. This decade I've only fallen down three times.]

Too many books to decide; although I appreciate very much Julio Cortázar's novels and what I call "raw" poetry, specially by the poet Roger Wolfe. I will get on well with you if you have ever thought that some lines in a book were written for you. (Easy, eh?)
Sum up: Essays, poetry, novels.

Script writers deserve all my respect. By now I can't enjoy films if I don't understand fully. That wasn't a problem with "Margot and the wedding" (feat. Nicole Kidman, but I liked the plot) or "Funny Games" (really necessary).
Sum up: Well-written scripts.

These days I'm listening to a French DJ called Martin Solveig. Classy and simple videos for his catchy songs. I have used "Boys & Girls" to get down to work a hundred times. I'm keen on Spanish singer-songwriters and folk, although I could hear almost anything.
Sum up: Spanish songwriters and folk, French vague, modern composers, tons of English songs.

[2012: Since I will never be Giuseppe Barbera, I'm all amazed by his piano arrangements.

If it's good, I like it!
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
What will I save in case of sinking?

[2012: 1. Swimming naked in lakes to a point of not knowing if I'd get to the shore.
2. Travelling by train with a Murder on the Orient Express feeling.]

[2013: 3. Artistic performances that explain a complex concept better than a manual.
4. Linguistics and discourse analysis.]
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Me without being selfish. Now I can easily dissociate what I have to think of while thinking about me. Somehow I'm thinking about waiting me in vain.

In fact everything that would make me wonder. Some interests: how to state a croissant (Enric Miralles), people that I admire, the complexity and simplicity of things... looking at the sky at night.

[2011: ... The way we argue, we create arguments. Trips by train. How I can get rid of those comments about the age they think I am. Again, I believe architecture kills you silently, except in case of an earthquake.]
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Attending lessons at university or listening to a good conversation in the underground.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I can't take things as they are.

Fernando Pessoa has replied to me:
"Things are the only hidden meaning of things."

[2011: The idea of the dawning of Rome. It keeps being a powerful concept in my life.]
