My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
My name is Cody. I graduated in May 2011. I love music and I love meeting new people. I'm not sure what to say about myself but it is making me type 1000 words -_- I was in the BHS Marching band for 4 years. I was in the school chorus my senior year and I record videos with a friends of mine (coming soon) that we are going to put up on youtube. I'm 5'9" and 176lbs. So I may not be skinny but I'm not fat at all. I like to think that I'm pretty good at photography. I "graduated" from RTC (Recruit Training Command aka Navy Boot Camp) on August 2, 2013. I went to "A" School for Aviation Electronics Technician Intermediate level in Pensacola, FL from August 3, 2013 to February 21, 2014. Afterwards I was moved to Norfolk, VA for "C" school to become a certified 2M miniature electric repair technician. Now serving aboard CVN-71 USS Theodore Roosevelt. I'm kind of shy so I don't send out many first messages.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Ok so I quit my job as a McDonald's cashier job to join the Navy and I left for boot camp on June 5th. I was in Illinois for at least 8 weeks. After basic training I went down to lovely Pensacola, FL to train to become an Aviation Electronics Technician. After that I trained to become a 2M technician. Now I'm in Norfolk. Plus my family lives in Brunswick so I would always be coming back for visits.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I played the french horn for 7 years. I've been told I'm really good at singing. I also played the mellophone for 4 years. If you don't know what either of those instruments are: google can be your best friend. I've had a few people request drawings of mine. I like to do things that kinda look like tribal tattoos and such but not really. I like to think I'm good at playing video games but I know I'm not so it's a false reality haha.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I use to think it was my eyes but thanks to my glasses people never get a good look at them. So next in line would be the fact I look about 3 or 4 years younger than I am. I look 16 or 17. I've always looked younger and it drove me up a wall.

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Let's skip the basics of food and water. This all provided I still have ways to charge these items.
1.) My iPod (I love listening to music day in and day out.)
2.) Internet
3.) Laptop
4.) Cell Phone
5.) Converse (Most comfortable shoes I've ever worn)
6.) My friends (Without them I have no idea where I'd be.)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
I spend more time with my mind in the future other than the past. I like to live by the moment and not by plans. Who cares about the past? It shouldn't matter because you can't change it. And the future? Nothing is set in stone so make it worth your while. For example. I'm not currently thinking about how long I'm staying in the Navy. Things change and four years is a long time to think about things. Right now I'm just thinking about my next promotion in December.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Oh boy here comes the nerdiness. Usually I'm playing Magic: The Gathering with a group of friends I have made right here on base or I'm at my favorite card shop. Magic is such a fun game to me and I don't understand why since I'm still pretty bad at it haha.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I love to love. That's about all I know. It just ends up in pain a lot of the time. Waiting on someone to come around and prove that not everyone sucks.
